It's not the floor that is moving, but the car is parked ontop of 2 barrels. When the car starts to pick up some momentum on its wheels, the barrels will measure how much power the engine can put down on the ground(measured in kW) Its a way to find out how much bhp your car has on the wheels.

r34 gtr came with an rb26dett, as did the r33 gtr. im not too sure about the 32 though.

r34 never had rb20 in them. the r34 gtt have neo rb25. also some of the early r33 gts had a single cam rb30.

Nissan had an RB30E ONLY in the R31, and had the RB30ET built for the Holden VL Commodore for the Austrailian market.

The R32, 33, and 34 GT-R's all had RB26's.

The GTS-T R32 and R33 had RB25DET(single turbo)

The R34 4-door also had an RB25DET.

in nissans language, the RB is the model motor, the 2 numbers after that is the capacity (litres) so RB26 means 2.6L, the D stands for DOHC-double over head cam...the E stands for Electronic Injection and then a single T for single turbo or TT for twin turbo.

GTR has RB26DETT and is AWD, GTS-T is turbocharged, RWD, has RB25DET and GTS is naturally aspirated, RWD, as far as i can remember it's RB25DE. Have never heard of RB20

meant to say that never heard of RB20 in skylines. Must have ben something I missed Myself i drive S14 240sx with RB20DET (single turbo) euro spec ( i live in europe) with minor ecu remap and turbine adjustments, so that it pushes 260bhp. Chill out man, don't be so aggressive

the gtr has 4wd and a rb26dett (twin turbo) the gts-t has either a rb20det or a rb25det or the r34 gts-t can have a rb25dett and the gts is a naturally aspirated 2 litre or 2.5 litre i hope this has solved your conundrum anything other questions about skylines im more than happy to answer

There is no RB25DETT. The RB25 only came as either a DE or DET not DETT. Otherwise you are correct tetra.
