I really don't want a live action show because they always look so cheesy when they do it in cgi. I just want them to bring back the good old cartoons because it suits superheroes it just doesn't add well when they try to make it so real. I just can't picture a real life woman dressing up in a costume that makes her look half naked fighting bad guys. It just seems corny to me when they do it in live action.
Hopefully they will make a new x-men cartoon since the last one was cancelled. We need a x-men show that can live up to success the original X-Men animated series had during its time. They did a good job with the Avengers cartoon and I hope the new spider man cartoon will live up to the success the original spider man animated series had as well. They need to bring back the golden age of marvel cartoons. I know they can pull it off if they tried.

Thanks for the updates. On Ultimate Spidey - did you see any action scenes? How would you describe the animation style? What about the character designs, did they look like any particular artist's take on the character or something totally new?
@thecrankfile I did see some action scenes. The animation style is very fluid and modern, with the slightest touch of what feels like Japanese influence. The character designs are recognizable and not a whole new spin; I can't pinpoint it to one artist, though. Google Image "Marvel TV" and some promo images for the new cartoon should pop up so you can see. :)
I'm not so thrilled about the live action shows since it's on Disney owned channels even though it makes perfect sense since they own Marvel. It seems like the only good shows today are on AMC, HBO, and FX. But I'm also really excited about Ultimate Spider-Man since they usually have more creative control. Paul Dini YAY!
