Yes they are real 45's . But they have to be Colt or Colt replica , single action pistols .. Many are customized to increase ease of cocking and reduce pressure required to pull the trigger. ( (Hair triggers ) an interesting point of theese guns .. they have NO safety .. since they have to be manually cocked to fire each time ..
