@standerd101 well your comment doesn't mean really anything to me but other people aren't used to the 3D affects and I think the 3D glasses at movie protect your eyes aswell so that's probably why they say it hurts or they play it all day! And also maybe their eyesight is weird or bad enough to not have them feel comfortable with it. So you should believe because it's true and you wouldn't know because 1 your not them 2 it doesn't hurt your eyes so don't judge people.

I love the 3DS Its really fun and cool my only complantes are..

1. You need to charge more than the other DS's

2. It's expensive ($250)

3. You need to have the 3ds at a good point for the 3D if yuor not at a could viewing point it looks awful

Why wouldn't they be 3D? It should be the monitor settings within the N3DS that changes the 3D effect, which is why they have a toggle feature that lets you turn it on and off.

Putting inside EVERY chip for the 3DS a 3D feature would be expensive, time consuming, and pointless.

3DS chips shouldn't work with a DS but the 3D feature should still most definitely work for my old chips.

I love the way Nintendo releases older games with a new twist. The older games focused on the actual gameplay and not the Graphics and Audio. I will however not buy this product, being as I don't care for 3D. I belive that 3D is an Retro farse that is soon to pass. In the future we will watch the World Cup in Fotball from our local Fotball Stadion "Hologram" according to Japanese experts. I wish they released something for the older gamers that enjoyed 2D games like Donkey Kong

Because what Nintendo's offering is a bunch of rehash games on a system that has design flaws, lack of any multimedia content like the Vita, a failed battery life, and to top it all off, the games were better w/o the 3d because of issues like "ghosting". *SMH* Btw: how long does it take to make rehash games? Even the e-shop is taking a long time to port GB games. At least Vita will already have complete online game catalog.

If you did you would know that it has plenty of multimedia content (it can play mp3s, mp4s and 3D videos), the battery is actually pretty good (i assure you, the Vita's battery won't be MUCH better if at all), i love the 3D it adds more to the game than HD(in my opinion).Oh, and by rehash you mean remakes? Remakes of games that came out 14+ years ago and deserve a proper remake? As for GB games, there are new ones every Thursday to extend the life of the app store

@jimmyelgringito If by '3d vids' U mean a bunch of useless trailers... Or if U assume Netflix is 3d, Netflix has not confirmed 2 any 3d vids. I assure U the PSP Vita will at least have longer battery life than the 3d's crap. & aside from including way more features than 3ds+same price tag, a COMPLETE no-wait library of games, better graphics--instead of pop-up pixelated garbage that ends up hurting ur eyes, bigger Oled screen (which makes for superb colours+LOW BATTERY COST), 2 analog sticks,

@Skullkidixx It can play 3D videos (3D video format). And what is so bad about 3D tailer of games and movies? It allows you to see how the game will run on your 3DS. The 3DS has a bunch of built in features, 3D looks awesome and it doesn't hurt your eyes, OLED screens only last two years until they burn up and the extra analog stick is kind of useless outside FPS games. And if you expect all the games that where announced to come out on the first day, you are completely wrong :P

I know that the vita is more powerful. the 3G isn't free and it isn't "better connectivity", the 3DS has gyroscope and motion sensing and it can connect to other devices quite quickly. And Zelda 3D is the only Zelda oot remake. It seems that you don't really know your consoles well :P

Has anyone thought that maby nintendo is not innovative to gaming? I mean how will this help me game? It wont. Ive noticed that all nintendo products are selling off gimmicks like new motion controllers for the Wii u. I do have to say the wii was innovative to gaming by introducing movement to games but they have been flying on that for years. I think innovations to gaming when it comes to portable gaming is the hardware to make it more like gaming at home but on the go, isnt that the point?

@Skullkidixx The 3DS sales are actually pretty good. Especially for it's price and the time that it came out. It's been out for a few months and it has sold over 1,000,000 in japan alone. The reason it hasn't sold as well as it could have is the lack of games at the moment, but there are a bunch of games coming soon so don't worry about it :P
