Ultra zoffy, ultra father are similar to ultra seven 21, can take any human form to tranform... Ultra zoffy was come in several episodes of ultraman in human form in ultraman taro and take host with captain sukamizu in mebius.. beside that, ultra father also came in human form in episode 36 in ultraman ace ( if mistaken). Like jack, they ( Ultra mother, zoffy and Ultra father) tranform at will of themselves

Besides Mebius, most of the Ultraman from the Heisei period aren't related to the original Ultramans.

Tiga, Dyna, Gaia, Max, Nexus was born on Earth, although it was proven that they somehow made contact with Nebula M78.

Cosmos and Justice was wanderers, not sure if they had contacted the Ultramans.

Mebius is the only one that is related to the original Ultraman series.
