  • How about Toy Soldier?

  • Is this a lasting treasure uh-aaaaaah?! What MUSIC!!!!!

  • This reached only as high as #24 on Billboard's "Hot 100" in the spring of 1968.

  • I think that is Vinnie Bell on electric sitar on this. If you really want to hear Vinnie Bell give Ravi Shankar a run for his money, listen to "She's A Heartbreaker" by Gene Pitney. Many unique guitar sounds are played by Vinnie on other Four Seasons studio session recordings.

  • A great interpretation of Carol's work!

  • i was working for wor fm when this song was out great memories, thanks.

  • Love the 4 Seasons and the Broadway Play "Jersey Boys. Love their interpretation of this one

Check out Dave Mason's version of this song. It is great!

  • NICE!!! THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES AND THE FUN HERE,TOM D.

  • Great version by Frankie + da Boys!

  • Not 100 percent sure about this, but I think was the last of the big Four Seasons hits for about seven years until they hit again in the mid 70's with songs like Who Loves You and December 1963 ( Oh What a Night ).

  • Oh man!! I had favorited Shirelles version of this song a while back and I'm a big Four Seasons fan. When I found this song, it was like if Queen did a remix of the old doo wop classic, it's so different. I really like their twist on the song.

  • only played out of 1 speaker. great version of this song! Perfect version of this song! But wrong year and era. Things in music were changing to the unhappy hate anti everything era! These 4 lads were still singing bout love and heart ache.

  • Hrm... it only play out of one speaker for me.

  • played a little faster than i remember but still lovely ong

  • Anyone know for sure if that is Vinnie Bell on Electric Sitar? There were so may hits that used this in 1967-1970.

  • Check out Dave Mason's version of this, it is the best I have ever heard.

By the way, if you have not seen "Jersey Boys", it is wonderful.

  • I like it better than the original. Great.

  • JGWALLA do you their version of Watch the flowers grow? I have it on LP but don't know how to upload.

  • First heard this on the Four Seasons Edizione D'Oro album back in about 69 or 70. Thought it was great then, still do. Thanks.

  • My mom used to have that 45. I was just a kid then.
