@fibragatto thats what my boyfriend thinks also, he told me once tribal dance looks like a bunch of shiny octopus's moving around. lol meanwhile, I love it!! Tribal to me has a quiet sensuality. It's not overt and I don't think it was meant to be very sensual as a dance anyway. The costumes are never sensual, but instead very personal to each dancer. Tribal is the haute couture of bellydancing world. No cookie cutter costumes, bra tassels or spray tans for these ladies! =)

(other comment), can learn what this yoga-expert does. even if she/he was very young: rachel is an absolut wonder of talent! this, combined with more than 20 years yoga and evryday-hard-training of many hours gives us this sensationel result. @bellydancerocks321 Don't listen to shirocaine ^__^ There is no age limit on belly dance. As long as you enjoy dancing, you should be dancing. Dancing isn't necessarily to please any onlooker. It's to please the dancer. If a dancer doesn't enjoy her dance, she isn't dancing, she's moving around. ^__^ And age doesn't dictate whether or not a dance will be enjoyed by another. I've seen amazing belly dance by people well over 60 and poor performances from 20 somethings. Keep dancing! Best wishes!

As to all the comments about your weight - you say you have been sick which I hope you feel better from now - but peeps please bear in mind that RB is an athlete - her muscle tone is always clearly visible and so any minor weight loss will look more obvious on her frame. I'm friends with the lady who ran that show and she said there was some sort tech glitch or something on the website, and some how the poster from last year (when Rachel and the Indigo were there) ended up on the page. @CyndiFresh : The Indigo didn't have performed at Tribal Fest10. Rachel brice perfromed as like this video. Zoe performed with 3 more dancers at Friday night( I have those videos). Mardi Love didn't have one.

i totally respect all the ats and tribal fusion dancers, but for me rachel brice is the queen and always will be.

those slow accurate and beautiful moves make it so easy to see the difference from the classic form of bellydance. she is so flezible and strong (we say hamsa hamsa against eye:-) ).....well i just cannot take my eyes off her! god bless!
