He's more naive than stupid, but he is fairly sly and sadistic, in the smarter sense of the word in the way he gets Jake to do things for him lol --Can't really say for Caboose, though. Allen is more...innocent, and unassuming of the world, but he is rather daft...I am not a good judge on this subject lol, but those are my two cents...
