It wasn't the iPod or some electronic version of the Bible that spoke to me powerfully. It was when I read it with a physical Bible in my hands turning the pages that the Lord ministered to my needs the most and strengthened my faith. My mom passed her Bible to me with all of her notes written in it as well as those written by her friends who gave it to her. Those notes, regardless of who wrote them bring so much encouragement to me. Ppl are not looking for a concert under the guise of church.
