  • Love it :)

  • my older son, tried to sell his brother to his next door neighbor, for a coat..

  • So true! But 2:55 is really Psalm 119:105, not Psalm 119:113. =D It is the first page of my Bible. But I have to admit that looking up verses is much easier on my Bible app. Anyway, the Bible is God's word, and I fully agree with @ArmyDadsDaughter.

  • @Nostalgicvideos -... Judge could legally set you free. He sent Jesus to die your death so you could live with Him.

Jesus died on the cross all those years ago to pay our fine - to accept our dearth sentence. But He rose from the dead defeating Death itself so that we might be forgiven.

Tell God you're sorry, that you accept Jesus' sacrifice as payment for your sins, turn from sin and do as God says in His word.

  • @Nostalgicvideos -...If you have done these things you are a lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart. And those are only 4 of the 10 commandments!

If you were taken into God's courtroom today would you be innocent or guilty? A hood judge cannot pardon someone because they're 'sorry and won't do it again.'

Revelation says no lier will have a place in heaven, but will be cast into the lake of fire.

But God cared enough for you to step into the courtroom and pay your fine so the Judg

  • @Nostalgicvideos -... Have you ever taken God's name in vain? (#3) Used it as a cuss word or flippantly said 'oh my g**'?

God calls that Blasphemy and takes it very seriously. how would you like some random person taking your name and dragging it through the dirt like some 4 letter word?

Jesus expanded the 7th commandment to be 'whoever looks on someone with lust has already committed adultery with them in their heart already.

Have you ever looked with lust?

  • @Nostalgicvideos. - ... Have you ever told a lie? (commandment #9)

Even a tinny one? The preverbal 'white lie'.

If you're going to be honest, everybody has.

And having told a lie, that makes you a liar. Think about it, you only have to murder one person to me a murderer, so you only have to tell one lie to be a liar.

Have you ever stollen anything? (#8) Even a pack or gum or office supplies from work?

    That makes you a thief.

  • @Nostalgicvideos - ...heart was only evil continually.

The sad reality is that any child born in that society would have been purged of any moral boundaries and of God's law that they would grow to be as or most likely more wicked than their fathers.

That begs the question: what sins deserve death?

Let's start with a simpler question: what sins have each on of us committed? I mean, look at the ten commandments given to Moses. Do you think you've kept them? Honestly? Let's see.

  • @Nostalgicvideos

It is hard to read places in the Bible where God condemns a society or even just one man, especially in the story of the flood, where the entire world was destroyed save three people and animals. Even the youngest child.

The cities in Noah's age were so utterly wicked that there was no turning back, even though the were given the chance at redemption.

Genesis 6:5 the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great on the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his h

  • Excellent!

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 I'm just done arguing with you. You know just as well as I do that God is there. You also know that the theory of evolution is most often used to justify slavery.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 by the way you are an excellent representaion of how a typical christian behaves. im sure your fellow viewers are proud. now go rat to the teacher. i feel like a good spanking.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 According to you, you don't even know how a Christian behaves. By the way, you are an excellent representation of how a typical atheist behaves. I'm sure your fellow atheists are proud.

  • @NowAliveNHim na na na boo boo....im better than you you.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 *Shakes head* I don't think you'll ever learn.

  • @NowAliveNHim thats right IM the one who will never learn, yet your entire belief system based on a 2000 year old book that teaches us how we should beat our slaves.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 keep reading, just dont stop at reading one or 2 verses

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1

1.) You're an atheist. You don't even believe that God exists. How can He offend you?

2.) You're an atheist. Yet you support a pantheistic worldview. Why? Pantheism is a type of religion, by the way.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 Your comment was apparently deleted as spam. I got a chance to read it, though. First off, please pick your terms more carefully. It's no fun to debate someone whose comments are always being deleted.

Second, you're changing your story. Earlier you said that religion caused all kinds of evil. Now, when I point out that you support a pantheistic-type religion, you say that religion is okay. Which is it???? You condemned yourself, there.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 By the way, in your arguments, you attempt to make absolute statements. Absolutes only exist if God exists. If God didn't exist, everything would be relative. Why, we could even let Hitler and Stalin off the hook, couldn't we? After all, if God didn't exist, then their morals are only their opinion of what should be right and wrong. No one could appeal to an absolute moral authority by which to condemn their actions, because such an authority would not exist.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 You really seem to think that I'm acting like a baby. It seems like you're the one acting like a child. Name-calling? Really?

  • @NowAliveNHim did you say im a baby? THATS IT! IM REPORTING YOU!

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 *Shakes head* *Sigh*

"There are none who are as deaf as those who do not want to hear"

    -Barry Leventhal

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 Like I said before, you're not going to make me angry. You know just as well as I do that God exists. I have made my point. You can make fun of me all you want, but in the end, I'm the one who wins. Game over.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 Reported again. (By the way, Youtube has guidelines).

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 You've been reported.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 Once again, I am saying this as nicely as I possibly can: Stop spreading your hate speech. We aren't bothering you. Just go. Surely you have better things to do than harass people. You already know as well as I do that God exists. You proved that by avoiding all of my questions. You're just too busy worshipping drama to surrender to Him. I may not respect the choice you've made, but I respect your right to make that choice.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 Look, and I am saying this as nicely as I can so as not to start a shouting war like we did on the other video: I do not come to watch these videos just hoping to see your comments. Everyone would appreciate it if you would just stop leaving them. If I were to start spreading hate speech on your videos, you would not like it. So stop doing it on these videos. If you have nothing to live for other than tearing others down, then you've got a problem.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 It doesn't hurt to have compassion towards people who don't share your views you know.

  • @jjcrazi Atheists care about religion because we exist in a society where religious people impose their delusional beliefs by voting in mass numbers. so atheists have to confront these people because their delusions are affecting our lives. when you vote against gay rights, or abortions, or teaching of evolution or stem cell research, you are hindering all of society, based on baseless, pointless, delusional beliefs.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 i don't disagree with your reasoning. i just dont think you have to be offensive to do it! in fact you will turn people away from atheism. point for you to consider why do you define yourself with what you dont believe?? i myself call myself a humanist, because thats what i do believe in. not saying you're wrong, just a point to consider

  • hahahahahah

  • Religion is responsible for the crusades, the inquisition, the indoctrination of children & adults, the killing of infidels, the suppression of knowledge, women, minorities, & natural instincts, promoting pedophilia, child-marriage, jihad, animal-cruelty, racism, sexism, genital mutilation, homophobia, anti-semitism, the middle east conflicts, suicide bombers, terrorism, slavery, etc some the "gifts" religion spawns into humanity, along with hell for the choice of a wrong belief system

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 How can you possibly say all that was because of religion!!!! Thats because of SIN, there is a HUGE difference!!!!!!!!!! Besides the fact that this video isn't even About religion, it's about having a personal relationship with God.

  • @jedimoon22 stop pretentding to be a christian. until you read your bible and have actual knowledge of it,you have no right to speak about it.your prick of a god condones slavery, genocide, child abuse, torture and rape

unlike you, i have a personal relationship with reality. thank you.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 Ok 1. That really hurt, you don't even know me thats just the impression you got!!!

and 2. I read my Bible daily and I am literally fighting back tears because you dont think im an actual christain, because. I. am. and I am constantly trying to figure out what God wants me to do.

  • @jedimoon22 they are talking about the ppl that dont know much about the word of God and that dont read it much ok...... geesh im younger than you and i even know that

  • @jedimoon22 you are constantly trying to figure out what god wants you to do??? the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over looking for a different result. NOW! DO SOMETHING YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE YEARS AGO. EXPLORE EVERY RATIONAL REASON WHY RELIGIONS ARE NOTHING MORE THAN SUPERNATURAL BUISNESSES. free your mind and leave the chains of your imaginary friend. search videos by richard dawkins, sam harris and christopher hitchens. a life is a terrible thing wasted worshipping myth

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 lol SOOO NOT worshiping a myth I worship my Creator, the one who loves me and wants everyone to be with Him in heven. Are you???

  • @jedimoon22 hope one day God speaks 2 u

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 I'm not cussing you out or making sexual comments towards you, as you have done towards me. What is there to report me for?

  • @NowAliveNHim does being delusional, ignorant, annoying and frustrating count?

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 No, if they did, you would have been off of here a long time ago.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 In the same way, statements that declare absolute truth could not be made if there were no God. All truth would become relative. However, even the statement "all truth is relative" attempts to make a statement of absolute truth (the absolute truth being that there is no absolute truth). Logically, there is no way of escaping God's existance. The pantheistic worldview fails, because we know that the universe had a definate beginning.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 This means that we must live in a theistic universe. There are only 3 major theistic religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Islam makes claims about history some 600+ years after they happened. Simply put: The Koran is not historically reliable. That leaves Christianity and Judaism. Christianity grew out of Judaism. The easiest way to answer which one best explains life is to ask this: Did Jesus fulfill all of the Messianic prophecies?

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 If He did, then Christianity would be correct. If not, then Judaism would be. You can look up the prophecies for yourself. You will find that Jesus did, in fact, fulfill every prophecy. These were written hundreds of years before His birth, so there is absolutely no way to have known what would happen to the Messiah, unless God had, in fact, told the prophets, as they claimed.

  • @JESUStheATHEIST1 You can search for these prophecies for yourself. Some Jewish sources do claim that certain passages, such as Isaiah 52-53, apply to the nation of Israel, and not to the Messiah. However, these arguments also fail at several places, especially the Isaiah 52 and 53 argument.

  • the only thing that matters is that Christ is god, and god is in all things, and that christ IS the only way to get to heaven.

so just read the bible. all of it.

  • @NowAliveNHim Best. Debate. Ever.

  • the Word of God is Jesus he is the light unto my path :P

  • The parable of the wheat and the tares goes hand in hand with this passage from Joel which speaks of the rewarding of those who reject God according to their works. Jesus describes the kingdom as like a man sowing good seed who went to bed. while he was sleeping, and enemy sowwed tares(some believe darnel) among the wheat and when the wheat came up from the ground, realized it. When asked by his servants, he said not to gather the tares but let them grow together from until the harvest.

  • People are searching for a tangible, very real experience with God. They don't the same old, same old. They are looking for something real in those who claim to be followers of Jesus. What r we showing them everyday? "Put in the sickle; for the harvest is ripe; come, get down; for the press is full, the vats overflow; for their wicked ness is great."-Joel, 900 B.C.

  • It wasn't the iPod or some electronic version of the Bible that spoke to me powerfully. It was when I read it with a physical Bible in my hands turning the pages that the Lord ministered to my needs the most and strengthened my faith. My mom passed her Bible to me with all of her notes written in it as well as those written by her friends who gave it to her. Those notes, regardless of who wrote them bring so much encouragement to me. Ppl are not looking for a concert under the guise of church.

  • AWSOME!

  • dam cool the work you guys do is just owesome!!!! keep on doing the same

  • had me smurking right till the end... and then i was just touched :)

  • Yes, I am a heretic too, according to organized Christianity.

  • hahaha! too funny! 'Skit Guys' You rock! God is good, He can use any of us to bless others and reach people for the kingdom of God...Amen (((READ THE LIVING WORD FRIENDS))) John 3:16, Proverbs 3:5&6, Phillippians 4:13 :)

  • 1:30 - 2:02 and it was a nice coat!

  • I'm trying to understand y is it bad to have the bible on ur iPod or phone

    Better put

    Y it's wrong

  • Please keep doing this they're very edifying !

  • I love the last one!!

  • LOve the rap up on this one... well done :P

  • It's really a shame that most christians don't read their bible. I think there would be alot less of them out there if they did...

  • @freethinker923 spoken like a true atheist

  • @booniesman88 I speak from experience, yes.

  • @freethinker923 as an Atheist, but not as a Christian, yes?

  • @booniesman88 as both.

  • @freethinker923: You may have read a bible or gone to a church, you may have even had people in your family that did the same but no one thats ever had a personal relationship with God (i.e. Christian)would deny him. So which were you a church goer? or Bible reader?

  • @booniesman88 Sigh. Not the "No True Scotsman" fallacy again. I was a christian, just like you. I believed, I went to church, i read my bible, and I evangelized. It wasn't until I actually examined my beliefs that I found them to be baseless.

  • @freethinker923 hardly a "no true scotsman" The Bible is very clear when it describes a true follower of Jesus Christ. It also talks about those that claim to know and follow Jesus. Putting on a white coat and a stethoscope makes me about as much a doctor as walking into a church with a bible make some people a christian. If you were a christian then you would have had a personal relationship with God, he would have revealed himself to you in such an intimate way that you would never leave.

  • The last part, made me cry...

  • lol The techie reminds me of my husband. He put several translations into the Macbook pro, iPod touch, and his phone. He even put KJV into my phone, and I must admit that it is nice to have every now and again. We can always say that where ever we go we have the Bible at hand, but it will NEVER replace the Bibles we grew up with.

  • Very good. Some of those example hit a little close to home. Thanks for convicting me!

  • lol... Another Great Video!!

Great job making a funny, yet serious video. :)

  • I laughed until the last part. Way to go in keeping funny AND serious, great job Skit Guys!

  • Nope, I googled it. lol

Powerful message. Im glad yall do this.

  • @BadWolf525 yea that part made me laugh.

  • thats a very good message... so many people talk about the bible but it doesnt truly mean as much to them as it should. or at least not in the right way. my friends are like "oh, i know all about the bible." yes, they may know stories, but thats it. it's not something real and living in their hearts. thanks for the video!

  • Amen.

  • amen to that skit guys keep it up :)

  • @ Hyper rhythm... you seek the Word in whatever way you need to so that it speak to your heart. The Bible has only been in print for a couple hundred years, but its message spans thousands of years. This is a pretty good message to STUDY God's word...its not about carrying a Bible around.

  • @ProdigalHeart Well, yes and I study it all the time through thinking. I have a great knowledge about God and what not. Thanks :)

  • I couldn't laugh at this video because it really applies to me. I KNOW I have the Holy Spirit in me, and it's fantastic. But I don't read my bible that much. But there is someone close who's helping me out on Facebook. Each day, he quotes scripture to me, and I read it like a bible, it helps me get through my day very easier. Does that count as reading Gods word? Thanks again guys, you teach really GREAT lessons :D

  • ahmm.. nope. I encourage you to read the Word of God in your own personal way.. Practice opening it, read it and receive God's message for you for that day. i know He will minister unto you in a whole different way compared to just relying on your friend on facebook.. Though it's not bad, you can always continue doing it, but i tell you, GOD will move amazingly if you will be the one doing the effort in reading His Word. GOD BLESS YOU MORE! enjoy the adventure!

  • and then sell your oldest son for a six pack of beer

  • I use the bible on my phone 2 but that is just because I lose my bibles like every other sunday. So I guess am the techie guy

  • on the first guy i was about ready to die of laughter!!XD but these stereotyoes are even in some of the greatest churches. but me, i do havea bible on my iPod Touch for when i cant take my actual Student Bible with me. but i dont believe that the one i have on there should replace my actual Bible

  • LOL! People who see this are probably laughing their heads off, but seriously, these stereotypes are everywhere, and people are falling for them as if they are normal. Thanks for the eye-opening message about how importantly we should take the Bible.

  • you guys are awesome....thanks

  • Thanks guys.

  • I luv your vids! =)

  • Great message guys. I'll see you in March in Ocean City, MD
