EXACTLY, SMALL TOWNS, less people means less people to encourage to do it, the bigger the city, the harder it is to encourage people, btw the building next to the tall one in the middle on the left is the new bank of america building it is LEED Platinum certified, the first skyscraper EVER to be LEED platinum certified, meaning it emits zero CO2, it even harvests rainwater, so stop spreading hate about the great NYC, that building actually cleans the air

fuck earth hour, global warming=bullshit , it's just and excuse by the governments to be able to tax citizens for the "carbon tax" so they can use it for themselves no further research is needed, vehicles that run on water and other sources of energy that can be produced in america and canada are already there , the governments just don't want to use a resource everybody can have because then no wealth is earned because it would be split, they want PROFIT!
