The reason she was grilling them about the war games on 9/11 is because NORAD stood down. For 4 hours they did absolutely nothing while the attacks took place. The general claims that the war games actually sped up the response. My question is- WHAT RESPONSE? THERE WAS NO RESPONSE ON 9/11. The purpose of the war games was to screw with NORAD's computer system by mixing fake hijacked planes in with the real ones.
