Well, all comments are negative, as it should be, but this video is an outright lie, saying it is what LRH taught. In fact, he taught the exact opposite, saying children should NEVER be hit at all. He said just because they are smaller does not mean they should be hit, anymore than an adult would want to be hit. Also said, kids who are able, will always try to fight back if they are hit, and this is as it should be. Whoever made this video was a jerk, certainly not a true Scientologist.
