You guys have made "NO" progress on "clean" energy, your state is bankrupt. Texas is way ahead, + oil is actually not bad for the environment, the environment is the same now as it was 500 years ago, we're using more oil than ever, and i dont know if you've noticed, but people are living much longer than they were even just 100 years ago, its clearly not affecting the climate in a harmful way.
Texas, and the other states, should not bail out irresponsible California. Say NO to any tax dollars being used to bail out CA until it gets its fiscal act together.
