In Mexico you get invited to eat at every burthday party, Christmas, day of our lady of Guadalupe... easily 3 weekends per month! but so you invite everybody else when you celebrate something The only thing you need to enjoy this is family and/or friends, and many times is a party where you bring food or any kind of help to share with the person that invited you... I think Mr. Bayless is a little shy but he could have been easily been invited every time he showed interest in the mexican culture

You seem genuine and your LOVE of Mexican Food shows through....Can't wait to go to Chicago and check out your restaurants someday.
