He's an incredibly talented artist and an its interesting idea for sure, but I don't know if I'd call this coffee art per se. Not to sound elitists and snotty but the beauty of real coffee art is that it is done entirely with the pour. This is more like amazing art drawn in foam-cool but not really "coffee art" except in the most literal sense, I suppose. But obviously he can DO traditional coffee art so maybe he gets to make that decision not me! Really neat drawings, at any rate.
