With canons? Or infantry? Canons you click on a buket filled with small canon bals beside the round shot icon, in infantry they should do it automaticly.
in the campaign, it's something you have to research ("fire by rank"). In multiplayer, it just depends on whether you're playing in the early period or late.

yeah, unfortunately it gives people ANOTHER reason to camp in this game, as if it wasn't bad enough already.
.....whatever though, makes it easier for me to go rape them and show them the error of their ways.
