  • @PinchinTheBear Maybe just resting on your back and circling one leg at a time. You may want to see a dr. and a MRI may help. Good luck.

good video yes i sub you know.

  • cool i like it

  • great vid!!

  • already do this & yoga when i can...because i used to have a sore lower back...

  • Am I the only one who noticed his hairy armpits :/

  • @HosahAkbari And what exactly is wrong with hairy armpits?

  • @AdelieC That's right. What is wrong with hairy arm pits? I am a male. If I was a female could be a different story.

  • @ERuheJrFitness Yeah. I don't know many males who shave their arm pits. And I know a handful of girls who don't shave their arm pits either and are as beautiful as ever.

  • @ERuheJrFitness Try some manscaping, like landscaping but for the modern man. Furthermore, what you are doing is actually fixing the subluxation of your lower back, it can be very dangerous and your video opens you up to a lot of liability. Just the fact that you are calling it cracking your back is extremely foolish.

  • @AdelieC Its Disgusting -.-

  • @HosahAkbari Are you afghani? Cause hairy breasts are not attractive either.

  • @HosahAkbari all men do....

  • Muchas,muchas gracias!! ; )

  • @pedroiranzo Not a problem. It's a pleasure to help others with back pain. Keep strengthening your core. Good luck.

  • what i do i stand straight and twist my back side to side loads of cracks come out then lean backwards and do the same thing or the best thing is get a heavy perosn to stand on your back take every single crack out xD

  • @TheOnlyVeNoMoUs Those sounds like interesting moves to try. Try practicing some pilates and yoga more often will help you out. Good luck.

  • Never given yoga a shot but I followed along as well as I could and even though I didn't get the "POP" i was expecting. This 6 minute exercise has my lowerback in 0 pain

  • @palmerfricks92 Practice these moves and more to help relieve back pain. It has helped me & I was hit by a car riding a mountain bike over 10 years ago. Good luck.

  • @palmerfricks92 It's ok, if you getting get the pop. As long as you get a great stretch and hold the pose for several breathes. You'll feel great. It's helps when when I have a sore back & my clients, too.

  • Thanks for the video. I was helping out a friend and threw my back out. While searching proper ways to pop ones back, I found this. I will have to try some of these when I get in a area big enough for me to do any of these.

  • @nappa0582 Even just lying in your bed & pull the knees into your chest and move the legs in circles, then alternate the legs. This will help.
