In Brazil, this music was released in compact with Wuthering heights in A-side, wrongly labeled as Kite. Both music was intensively used in cigar commercials (it is an absurd because these music are too beautiful!).

I have been reading a book about Kate and it said that this song related to period pain...WHAT THE F***?
Apparently they focused on the lyrics 'every girl knows about the punctual blues' and made assumptions from there....

Actually, he is right, since he is from Brazil where "Strange Phenomena" was released as a single at the end of 1979.
