Actually I believe the PSP has the same architecture as the PS1 when it comes to the CPU, not to mention the PS1 emulator on the PSP is official, so it's about as perfect as you'll ever get on any portable currently out (Laptops not included)

Evidently what Apple DOESN'T want is power users buying their stuff. I'm getting a Pandora, since the iPod Touch is too hard to program. And poorly designed. The only input is a touchscreen that you can't use a stylus on?? What were they thinking?

there are styluses for it and this is just as "hard" to program as an ipod touch anyway.

The Pandora is resistance-based. You can use a pencil if you want to, and sometimes I do.

So the Pandora is just as hard to program as an iPod Touch?

So on the iPod Touch, you can use a text editor to type up a program, then you can compile it and run it, right there?

I thought you had to get an SDK and go through Apple or something.

Btw, there is a stylus that has a special tip to not harm a capacative touch screen which sends out little electricity to simulate a fingertip. That's a way to use a precise input on those devices. I think i saw this on thinkgeek.

Heh, yeah there's sound but it's through my headphones at the moment. I use to rip the sound out of a lot of my games for size reasons. Needless to say, I'm re-ripping a lot of games today to get some better tests/videos out...with better sound too. :)
