For starters, Germany and Japan were on the same side during WW2 (I'm assuming that's what you're referencing), so a better example would have been "All of the dislikes are from Pearl Harbor vets" or something like that. Second: he is Korean, not Japanese, so the previous statement and example STILL wouldn't make any sense.
