  • Epic opening, great song, brilliant film!!!!

  • One of the best openings ever

  • what song is this its awesome

  • @airwarmaniac1 Buffalo Springfield - For what it's worth

  • Wow, Pixar really went dark on their latest film.

  • I love how he says evil prevails, and in the end he wins... sort of, well he gets away.

  • I agree definately one of the best film opening i ever seen and good music too. when i first saw this film i knew this bullet would end up being shot and killing someone i just didnt think it would be an african child

  • I watched this movie at the humble age of 11 it changed me for ever

  • @themetalhead667 haha ditto

  • this intro really got me, at first i was like meh i don't know a movie...

this intro: Nicolas cage HELL YEAH!!!!

and the intro was just awesome...

    and liked the movie aswell...

one of the few movies where you say "WOW" at the credits

  • It's a tribute to a Coca-cola commercial from the 90's which I can't find on Youtube.

  • HOLY SHIT HAHAH THATS COOL

  • "A bullet has no eyes and a trigger has no heart"

    ORLY.

  • ak47 bullet

  • @sirwann you must be the gun guru >.>

  • HEADSHOT!

  • I just love this movie

  • Producer Chris Roberts also created the Wing Commander computer games.

  • This is probably the most memorable opening sequence to a movie I've ever seen. The song fits with this opening so well, the perfect combination.

  • AK 47's don't use 7.62 caliber bullets anymore. They use a bullet similar in size to an M16 23 caliber nowadays. American snipers still uses 7.62 cal. bullets, though, in M-14 rifles.

  • @izeenoss Ak 47 still use 7.62 Ak 74 uses the smaller bullet

  • the song makes it so heavy man

  • Haha you know what would suck at 1:02 if one of those shells landed wrong and it shot off and triggered off the rest haha

  • @thekamikazestudios bullet storm FTW

  • wow,,,fascinating!

  • FTW

  • the life of a 7.62

  • This movie dears to paint a picture of how shitty the world is. And it didn't have a happy love story, cool explosions enough, and the hero didn't kill the bad guy. Who got away.

Good movie or not, how can critics admit that they like this? :(

  • Amazing film. My fav film

  • i just came across this video, but the movie was great

  • Notice how the film always Shows European arms and ammo being bought and sold, LOL No USA Munitions? Strange because the USA is the biggest arms dealer in the world...

  • u idiot; those are 762x39s. At the time the movie is set those were considered "commie bullets" and were made in the USSR mostly. The US used 556x45

  • @illuminator444 yeah god , i mean who wouldnt know that!

  • Although I agree that in most films inadequate attention is paid to America's arms production, I'm not so sure what you said applies to this movie. I seem to remember several scenes involving a U.S. military officer involved in gun running and one which featured a huge pile of American assault rifles in Lebanon. In addition, the end scene of the film explicitly affirms America as the worlds primary arms manufacturer.

  • @happymana AK47, the most numerous, most effective, most reliable weapon, hails from the old days of Soviet Russia.

There are more AKs than any other firearm, and the amount of people killed by AK47s is uncountable.

They fire the 7.62x39mm round. There is no weapon ever used by the United States that fires that round. Nice try though!

  • @codypanek AK/47 is the real weapon of mass detruction :P

  • @happymana no, later in the movie, he come across an entire battalions worth of M16s from the Gulf War that he buys

  • tht film is epic on so many levels

  • what is the name of song

  • "For What It's Worth" by Buffalo Springfield

... it's also in Forrest Gump

  • yey

  • about hte ending, i recently read a book about a guy who was a soldier when he was only 13. its incredible that kids even younger than 13 are forced into hte army either by abuse or drug use and are manipulated into violent killing

  • good movie but i always hated nicholas cages acting hahaha

  • in "wild in heart" he was very, very good!

  • @gangstamdb I hate his acting too, but thought he was okay in this one because his character was SUPPOSED to be an asshole you love to hate. Probably the only movie of his that i liked.

  • fuck *LOW*

  • this was a decent movie

  • Best opening ^^

  • Boom, head shot!

  • an average day in the life of a bullet.

  • one critic described this movie as "something Martin Scorsese would do if Martin Scorsese had a sense of humor." lol

  • Awsome movie with an Awsome opening!

  • Wow I saw this movie about a year ago and I forgot the name but I remembered the opening so I spent almost 2 hours trying to find the opening so I can see this movie. One of my favourites. Most original kind of opening.

  • FUCKING COOL!!

  • fantastic opening. very original.

  • Best intro I have ever seen!!!!

  • i totally agree with you...best opening for movies of this kind

  • One of the best movies, if not the best movie, of 2005. It was so underrated.

  • @PeterBluth and so brutally honest

  • @rrrandommman How true that is.

  • @PeterBluth To true
