Yeah, the idea of a "rage" style virus isn't completely impossible. I've experimted with many of these kind of weapons before. And to be honest, they're ridiculously inaccurate,so you would need a shotgun blast but then you can never guarente those things will actually go off, so i wouln't fancy trying to use them at point blanc.
