Erm, uninstall Medieval 2, delete the folder. Go into registry and DELETE the registrys(to go into registry: Press run in your start thing, then enter regedit). After you deleted the registry key's use Eusing Free Registry Cleaner and then install M2 again

Empire is a waste u literally have to have the very best to get recommended settings with no lag on big battles, i have 4GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, and ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 W/512 MB graphics card...i ran it on the recommended settings and as soon as i got into my first battle it was slow...just think its a waste of time

ive not got empire mainly because i would only just have the minimum and not recomeneded and you will lag to doom without recomeneded requirements on a big scale battle

and i have 2 gb of ram and i think its a 2 ghz processor might but 2.1 or 2.2 but still its just alright nothing super

so all depends on your processor and how much it can deal with (a good video card will really help for games like this)
