  • Beautiful

  • stop playing the bag pipes i think he hates it.

  • @StriderHiryu1200 Actually he likes them. A lot! What you don't see in this video and I've never record at how excited he gets when he sees my dad playing the bagpipes. He even starts wagging his tail and gets excited when he sees my dad get out the case!

  • The other dog was like is that a camrea...

  • Very cute. I have a year old shiba that howls at toys that make noises like monkeys or cows, but hes also very nosey and a snooper just like your other one that popped up on the camera and looks very much like that one.

  • i loove shiba inu.

  • could you tell me more about shiba inu*

  • What would you like to know? There are many places on the internet that can tell you about them. They are intelligent dogs. This can lead them into all sorts of trouble, but I wouldn't have it any other way. :)

  • could u tell me more a shiba inu?

  • Rockin the bagpipes! National pride :D lol.

our shiba loves them too, but no surprise as we're from edinburgh so he's accustomed to them :P

  • Haha! the other one was just so cute. "Hey what's up?" Then it pops up in front of the camera.

  • Lol cute video! Does your shiba naturally howl? Mine doesn't make any noises at all. Except when he yawns.

  • Yes, he definitely is very vocal. My other shiba is much quieter.

  • a shiba inu :) . They are so cute. The Shiba Inu came from japan right? I am real expert in dog breed :D

  • Yes, the shiba inu comes from Japan. They are delightful dogs but can be a handful!

  • lmfao, same here !

i loved how the other dog popped out of nowhere like, "HAY GUYS, WUTS UP ?"

  • lol! I love how the other pup keeps popping up, as if to say "Hey, what's wrong?" then finally jumps up in front of the camera. When we get our house, the wife and I are trying to figure out whether we want a Shiba or Lab. I love both, and vids like this reinforce my Shiba love.

  • They are soooo cute!

  • i have both a shiba inu and an akita

  • lol... great dog!

  • I didn't hear the bagpipes playing but his was a cute video.

  • :41 CUTEST THING EVER :)

  • Nice. I have a shiba inu-shar pei mix who does this.

All this time I thought a shiba inu was related to the akita, but apparently I am wrong as I have been looking at a lot of vids on here and see that they are Asian.

Yours are great. Nice video once again.

  • shiba's are related to Akita's

  • kluna is right. The shiba inu is indeed related to the akita. It is claimed that the shiba inu is the older of the breeds, but both are ancient breeds.

  • hahaha 41

    is the funniest part

    just popped out of nowhere

    lol

  • the other one just pop out of nowhere

  • scary!

  • how cute i got a shibu ino

  • Hahaha adorable at :41

  • I howl every time I have to listen to freaking bagpipes. It's like: Welcome to heaven, here's your harp - welcome to hell, here's your bagpipes.

  • hey, i resent that. :) i play the bagpipes. but i can take a joke. i love shiba's and i plan on getting one soon. (but i don't plan on playing the pipes near it - my cat is used to them already but i think the noise level is too much for anyone else.)

  • Hey, the Scots were great in math and science and they gave us the greatest gifts of all: golf and Scotch. And the world's best beer. But as for the pipes, ooh, just can't deal. I know many people love 'em, but...

  • lol, it's ok, i'm irish anyway. :P

you either love em or you hate em (the pipes, i mean)

  • hahaha. what a noisy shiba. The quite one is freakin adorable (but of course they both are). A lot of personality.

  • hahaha. what a noisy shiba. The quite one is freakin adorable (but of course they both are). A lot of personality.

  • This is so sweet. Your Shiba doesn't seem to like bagpipes but his howling is gorgeous ;) I laughed myself to death because of the other one jumping in like that.

  • He does actually like them. When he sees my dad's bagpipe case he starts to wag his tail and dance around.

  • ROFLMAO@how the other shiba inu jumps in front of the camera...! ^_^

  • i can't get enough of watching this it is soooo cute!!

  • awe that was so cute ho he was howling

and then the other one putting his face in the camera lol awe ♥

  • lol, the howling one was probably saying, "GTFO the bed, and lemme howl."

  • my shibe inu does that too

  • I HAVE A SHIBA TOO :D

  • lol i got a shiba inu too

  • sssssssssooooooooooooo cute he sound like a wolf

  • He is robo?

    nice dog

  • That is super cute! I love Shiba Inus!

  • Theres 2 of them?! SOO CUTTE at 40 seconds the other shiba was like hey whats this thing

  • She was trying to get me to shut him up! She doesn't understand why he howls! LOL! She doesn't howl or shiba scream at all. She does bark though, and groedles resembling the Soup Dragon from the Clangers.

  • Aww cassey is cute how she gets your attention by jumping into frame.

  • Shiba Inus look harmless, but give them half a chance and they'll form an un-holy alliance with your cat every time. You know helping each other get into trouble. The problem isn't whether a Shiba Inu will get along with your cat -it's that they get along too well :-)

  • lol this is such a cute dog!! put it on animal planet! i never had a dog so i always wanted a dog anyway so CUTE!!!!!!

  • what is wrong with the sound it wasn't insync with the video. But, either way cute...

  • This happened when I posted it to YouTube. Other programmes have managed to keep sound and picture together. It was an old camera I was using. Should try to do this again with my newer camera.

  • I like how the other one stormed the camera, and was like: "What are you doing?"

  • My Shiba named Phybie, she's 9 years old. I love Shiba! J'adoooore ces chiens !

  • you can have a fox as a pet actually.

They sell them online and it's legal.

  • Lol, this really got my dogs going :)

  • My old shiba never ever howled, Ive rarely seen her bark

  • This cracks me up... our Shiba loves to howl also... this gets him LOTS of attention

  • LOL! Sometimes! If they do it can go in the same bag.

  • HORRAY! SHIBA INU! I'm getting a little shiba this weekend. :D

  • i have a shiba named tashi and every time i get my bagpipes out to play he runs in the other direction.

  • I can't even film my shiba without him sticking his nose right in the lense. Or running away...

  • My Shiba friggin loves to watch this.

  • LOL! Are they watching for singing lessons?

  • It's possible. He doesn't normally watch TV, he gets bored fast...but seeing that Shiba singing just transfixes him... :)

  • omg. they are to cute for words! =D

  • where can i find a shiba in maryland i plan on buying one when i get a job i might even get 2

  • Scroll down and read the message I sent to someone else recently about getting into contact with National Shiba Club of America. I don't live in the USA so not very helpful for you.

  • are there any other sites u know about

  • That depends on your shiba! A petite one might only weigh 8 kilos, where my larger male weighs about 12 kilos.

  • Actually Shibas do not require alot of exercise, they care the felines of the canine world. The love there owners but are solitary and independant animals. They are not great with other animals but if raised right, like any dog will be wonderful. They are VERY smart and know how to get what the want. They are not for someone who doesn't know dogs. They are #1 in my mind though.

  • i was thincking about getting a shiba inu. i have read that they have a lot of energy, and if you don't tire them out they can become destructive (while trying to use up exsecss energy). How many walks do you take them on a day and for how long? thank you!

  • Where can I find a Shiba in the US?

  • There are MANY breeders in the USA. First contact the National Shiba Inu Club of America and get a list of reputable breeders in your state. shibas dot org You might even consider a rescue dog.

  • two really lovely shibas!

I just can't wait to be owned by a shiba - you know, they are the real owners, we poor humans are their pets ;-)

  • How true! My dogs definitely have us wrapped around their little paws! ;)

  • that's so wierd, i thought only my shiba could do that but mine looks very similar to yours and he sings when i play piano and the drums O_o sooooo cool they sound exactly the same!

  • Your dogs just proved again how wonderful this breed is! I have a shiba too and not matter how bad my day was.. she always makes me happy =)

  • [__LOL! They are so funny! =P I liked the way Cassey puts herself in front of the camera ^.^ I agree with ''untactical000'', you have two beautiful dogs =)

  • My wife, who is 100 years of age and myself are watching this video live from the Perth Sheraton Hotel in Western Australia and we think that Azuki is lovely. You are fortunate to have two beautiful dogs such as these.

  • Thank you! I have had shibas for 9 years now. I love this breed. They are real characters. My dad is playing the bagpipes on a cd on this instance. Azuki will start to sing and wag his tail even when he sees the bagpipe case!

  • shigatsuhana, we are back home in the country today. You may notice a slower connection,,,I imagine others in the field know it? In Perth I was running at 100mbps but Oh well, that's life. We have an American cocker-spaniel as our pet, he's called Washington. What's unusual about him is that he fell in love with a rhode island chicken named Esmeralda.Channel (7) witnessed their love affair but we lost Esmeralda to a fox. Thanks for replying, kind regards to you & your family.Frank Burns
