Senator Tom Carper's Floor Speech on Health Care Reform

Since Senator Carper does not, and is not representing the voters of Delaware, who do not want a take-over of health care, by the government, and recieves most of his campaign funding from outside the state, then the honorable thing would be for Carper to move to another state and run for Senator there, but, alas, there are no "honorable" politicians in our present government.
