@cdjames10 It is a Trojan, the British made version of the Heinkel Kabine. I have driven it at about its top speed of approx 55mph ( approx 70 kph). This may not sound much, but even half that speed feels very exciting in such a small machine. The original Kabine name translates roughly as Cabin Scooter.
