Oh this bread also has a lot of fiber so its not like regular bread. It makes going to the bathroom easier especially if you don't eat a lot of veggies. This bread is a life saver, it's spendy at $8 a loaf but it's worth it. I hope they start making muffins or some other desert foods with low carb.

I'm on atkins diet phase one for the past 1 month and have been eating this 1carb bread since week two. I love this bread! Thank the makers for doing this because I thought I would die without bread but I am determined to loose weight. I eat this bread with sandwiches and its filling...and I'm still losing weight! It really is 1 net carb!!! I'm making french toast tomorrow and meatloaf for dinner...eeek!

I just bought this bread at Elliotts Natural Foods, I tried the first bread with 12g protein and 1net carb per slice. The bread is good, I have made sammies and the bread didn't fall apart. My husband who is a meat eater and not a low carber used the bread and couldn't tell the difference between this bread and "real" bread.

I have diabetes, and as far as making my blood sugar rise, this bread did not make my blood sugar rise. :)

So i had to come back and write another comment. I recv'd my bread really fast! Fast shipping. And let me tell you, this bread is really really good. I luv it!! I have only 1 slice a day for breakfast with an egg. I toast the bread till it looks real crispy and put my egg on top of it, and have it with a cup of coffee......oh! man i love it!! I ordered 2 loafs. Once i'm done with the 1st batch, I'll re-order again......this is really good stuff!! Happy Customer!!
