  • good enough for 3 mins of meditation....

  • TIME PARACEPTION.

    cwatididthar

  • pis.

  • nice

  • Love the opening.

  • don't click the video! its a trap!

  • The next statement is false. The previous statement is true.

  • @TheSouthernPsycho Those two clauses joined together make an illogical proposition. kinda like mr and mrs santa clauses.

  • @TheSouthernPsycho The first statement is false and the second is true?

  • @seenybeany it's a paradox, it has no answer

  • @seenybeany If the second statement is true, then the first needs to be true as well, since the seconds says the first is true. But if the first is true, then the second needs to be false, which is impossible, since if the second is false, then the first is also false. See how this is impossible?

  • @14Kristian41 Yes, I "see". I was kidding. The statement is an infinite regress paradox.

  • @seenybeany if the second is true that would mean that the first is true as stated in the second. And if the first is true the second is false because that's what's stated. So if the second is false the first was never true meaning the second is in fact true: this starts the loop over again. It's infinite.

  • @TheSouthernPsycho You just blew my mind. My brain can't even think right now

  • @TheSouthernPsycho now your thinking that with a paradox that there is only one timeline with only one world, where in all actuality there are theories that explain otherwise. (E.g The many worlds theory) When stated "the next statement is false" In one timeline this statement is true whilst the next statement allows then next world line to shift thus making both true.

  • @TheSouthernPsycho OFUCK.

  • im a fucking walking paradox...

  • This statement is false. DON'T THINK ABOUT IT!

  • @FireSwordProductions I'm gonna go with...True.

  • @FireSwordProductions Hmmm false I go false

  • I don't like how the person who uploads these always makes the picture move around. What the hell is the point of doing that?

  • @counterclockwise123 And then they put that annotation around the whole video..

  • This song plays when this song doesn't play. PARADOX!

  • This following into Time is the greatest thing I've ever heard.

  • @FaZiMeD Yeah I do that every time I listen to "Time"... I play this right before.

  • this could be para...para...paradox

  • Shit, another one on my birthday!

    Im getting scared

  • 1000 comments? Where :::TROLL:::

  • I love from 2:27 onwards, epic.

  • Hans Zimmer is the chuck norris of music

  • Can anyone help me I want to have a lucid dream but i forgot him I haven't had one since I was a kid so since I seen this movie I've been wanting to but I just can't someone help me

  • @ZackSaturday100 chat to these ppl theyll tell you how-ld4all. com/forum/chat.php

  • @ZackSaturday100

A good way to start is to write an A on your hand. Look at your hand throughout the day and know that the A means that you are awake. When you look at it in your dream, it will likely change, so you know you are dreaming. The first night I tried it and it worked, it was really a cool experience. Lucid dreaming is the best; I especially love flying.

  • @MistoxDialore ok thanks i'll try today

  • @MistoxDialore really you do it?? is it frightening? oh i'm so curious about lucid dreaming but i daren't try it out

  • @dragonfish411

It's not easy and it takes a while to master, but when you do and you learn to control your dreams, it makes you feel like a god.

  • @dragonfish411 Like MistoxDialore said, it can take a while to master for some people, but when you do master it, it's amazing. It's physically safe as at some point you have to wake up. However, it has been stated that if you are mentally unwell, then you should consult with your doctor or therapist before lucid dreaming due to possible mental side effects. Apart from that, it will give you some amazing experiences and the ultimate sense of freedom :)

  • @MistoxDialore That sounds so freaking amazing, i'll give it a try today, until i can fly as well. there's nothing quite like our mind.

  • I'll tell you a riddle. You're waiting for a train, a train that will take you far away. You know where you hope this train will take you, but you don't know for sure. But it doesn't matter. How can it not matter to you where that train will take you?

  • @Y4RIY Because it won't be taking you anywhere at all

  • @Y4RIY Because we will be together

  • How dose one achieve such task as to perform a lucid dream?

  • @ROME1931 One way is kinda brought up in the movie, to have a token in real life that reminds you of dreams. Like a white feather, and you lock this feather up so that only you know that were this white feather is, then, before you fall sleep, you focus all of your concentration on this feather and your brain will continue process the feather as you sleep, and when your brain do this, the feather will apear in your dream, if done well, you will see the feather and know it's a dream

  • @ROME1931 It takes months maybe even years, but it's worth it! Research it.

  • After I watched this movie I looked into Lucid dreaming. I can achieve it whenever I want now after months of practicing, I can literally build my world before me. The weirdest part is, I have a relationship with someone in my subconcious, not even a real person, completely created from my mind that I've talked to in several different dreams.

  • @NoNameMcStickles how do you lucid dream?

  • @475neo look it up there are a number of methods I've done it a few times, but it takes A LOT OF PRACTICE to be able to do it. It is worth checking into, I have memories of dreams that I will never forget that are paradoxes of love, hate, death, and life all in a matter of minutes. Like NoNameMcStickles said to have a dream to talk to a person and wake up and know that they were not real is a strange feeling. sorry if that didn't answer your question, but look it up its out there. :)

  • @UN1CR0NLORD alright, thanks for the help :]

  • @475neo I wrote a random letter on my hand. A lot like a totum in inception. Whenever I looked at it I would ask myself "Am I dreaming" and think about it for a second. The purpose of this is to gain the same habit when in dreams. It freaked me out the first time I did it and realized I was in a dream I will tell you that. Eventually my mind has kind of developed an understanding of the differenece beetween a dream and real life, so whenever in a dream I can just have a little playground.

  • @NoNameMcStickles hell yeah ill try that :D

    thanks a lot bro

  • @NoNameMcStickles btw wasnt it hard to check your hand in your dream?

hell i dont even remember who i am in a dream

  • @475neo It took two months till It actually worked. When i finally did it in a dream, it was just like "Woah"

  • The soundtrack and the movie are amazing!!

  • I DIVIDED BY ZERO!!!

  • 14 people were affected by the Paradox

  • oh gosh..so beautiful i can't even take it

  • Just watched inception 10min ago, and I love this soundtrack. And the movie of course.

  • @gunsler just like me :) love the Soundtrack, love the movie, love the story :3

  • Reminds me of Bioshock for some reason.

  • Love the sound track

  • This is one of the best movies ever created, with an equally good soundtrack. Such a good show, words cannot explain, it's up there with Lord of the Rings

  • @lThelDreamlIslReall Totally different from Lord of the Rings of course :-)

  • @Lumi7979 no shit dumbfuck

  • @lThelDreamlIslReall lol you don't need to be this mean you know xD

  • @lThelDreamlIslReall lol u mad bro?

  • "A dream...within a dream.."

  • "you're waiting for a train. you know where you hope this train will take you, but you can't be sure. but it doesn't matter. because you'll be together."

  • 2:36 - "I'm waiting for someone..."

  • D':

  • This sounds like Time.

  • @JordanAndGregShow Captain Obvious!

  • @SmetterlingNery i would give u the thumbs up.... but u misspelled sPAcebar :D

  • Comment removed

  • @hiimmc WTF? How? Get your head on straight.

  • @hiimmc its not nerd music. Its just plain undescribable

  • "I miss you more than I can bear... but we had our time together. And now I have to let go... "

  • Paradox

  • .... I just turn the annotations off :)

  • Does anyone else prefer orchestral music over other modern music or really anything else?

  • @SkulkingMEDIA i could bang two sticks together and make a better song than present day popular music ;)

  • @ukijhu97 Yup, probably.

  • @ukijhu97 If it is so bad why is it so popular?

  • @MrJontheknight sorry i meant mainstream. words seem to change meaning. you know like r&b actually means rhythm and blues but now the genre its named after sounds nothing like rhythm and blues. i see your point though..hm i guess as long as ppl r happy they don't mind the crap they're fed as long as it's not in their way. now you ask well who's to say whats crap and what isnt well its a good question. i recently saw this which is very interesting i think-

  • @ukijhu97 washingtonpost. com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/04/04/AR2007040401721.html

  • inception soundtrack is present day poluar music. just look at the view counts of some of the scores

  • @MrKail ok but i meant the genre "pop" music or whatever they call the music on the radio these days.

  • @MrKail NOT REALLY

  • can everyone stop arguing and enjoy, your ruinig this masterpiece!! :'(

  • Why is everybody talking about the annotations? Just enjoy and talk about the music or shut up.

  • @ssankoo I agree. Personally I end up laughing every time I click the thing. I almost clicked it just now.

  • @GreasemonkeyCGI When someone give a reply to me and I click on this video to see the comment, almost everytime I click on it and feel retarded :P Oh the irony!

  • @ssankoo Because the uploader has something to gain by you going to their home page? Thought that was obvious...

  • @GreasemonkeyCGI Yeah, but does that account for the fact that the viewers go to a page which they obviously don't want to visit? If they want to go to their channel, they would click on the account name to get redirected there ;)

  • @ssankoo It's not about what you want...

  • @GreasemonkeyCGI Sigh, I'm so tired of these annoying internet discussions. The only reason I keep replying is simply becouse I think I'm right. Back on topic: what people want is actually a VERY important source of information for the people that run youtube. Those people want to improve the userfriendlyness and I'm sure they get lot's of feedback from regular youtube users, which I'm sure they'll appreciate a lot.

  • @ssankoo I never said you were wrong. You are only looking at it from your point of view and you're missing the point. They don't care how annoying it is. They get views every time someone clicks the thing by accident. So you get to listen to some free music and they get some views. You'd have to look at it from their perspective to figure that out. If you only look at it from one side then you will completely miss the other possibilities whether they're right or wrong.

  • @GreasemonkeyCGI They already get some views by us viewing this video in the first place.. I'm bringing the subject up becouse I think they should care how annoying it is. I see you're point, but I think they can improve the enjoyment of this video by removing that simple annotation.

  • @TheAirsofter1337 there is another called 'dream collapsing'. Its the one that is heard in the climax.

  • " You said that we would grow old together. "

    " ... But we did. Don't you remember? "

  • @Vyuuku Oh man, that just brings me to tears.

  • Im having problems finding which track has the part where its:

    BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM

    -pause-

    BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM

    -pause-

    BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM

  • @TheAirsofter1337 u mean the trailer -_- mind heist...

  • @TheAirsofter1337 Track six, 528491

  • @TheAirsofter1337 The crazy thing is that I knew what exactly you were trying to convey. It's Mind Heist by Zack Hempsey.

  • @TheAirsofter1337 Best comment related to a random soundtrack. EVER! Period! By the way, I think your talking about Dream is Collapsing.

  • @TheAirsofter1337 lmao xD

and btw, that track is Dream is Collapsing :]

  • @TheAirsofter1337

    I think it's 528491

    (the last seconds)

  • @TheAirsofter1337 528491, at the end

  • @TheAirsofter1337 I think the track is the one from the trailer, it's called 'Mind Heist' by Zack Hemsey :)

  • Comment removed

  • @TheAirsofter1337

try Inception Soundtrack HD - #6 528491 (Hans Zimmer)....

    hope it helps:)

  • What part of the movie is this from??

  • @labbie87 It's used in a few parts, particular the beginning. The mid-part of the track is used when they all get back to the first level of dreaming (out the water) close to the end of the movie.

  • N=∞ ⇒ N(even)=½N=∞ ∨ N(even)=½N=∞ ⇒ N=½N ⇒ PARADOX

  • Seeing this in theaters was one of the best experiences of my life.

  • Reminds me of metroid

  • There is a barber in a small town. The barber MUST shave every man who CANNOT shave himself. That being said, can the barber shave himself?

  • @deathlyfruitloops weird...

I thoght about it for a while and it seems that BOTH answers are correct

  • @ieetmelon Isn't that what makes it a paradox?

  • @deathlyfruitloops Im pretty sure a paradox is a series of event the somehow deny eachother in a way that makes the loop of events non logical and thus imposible

  • @ieetmelon From Google: "Paradox - A statement or proposition that, despite sound (or apparently sound) reasoning from acceptable premises, leads to a conclusion that seems senseless, logically unacceptable, or self-contradictory." Now explain to me how the 'Barber Paradox' does not fit description.

  • @deathlyfruitloops your "paradox" is not senseless.

there is nothing stoping the barbar from shaving himself

  • @ieetmelon Ah. I see my error. Well, now I just look like an arrogant douche bag. For that, I apologize, good sir. However, if you Google "Barber paradox" you will find what I was meaning to say. Truly, I feel like an asshole. Good day.

  • @deathlyfruitloops There is no spoon.

  • There is a barber in a small town. The barber MUST shave every man who CANNOT shave himself. That being said, can the barber shave himself?

  • @deathlyfruitloops Well... if the question is 'does he possess the ability to shave himself?' then I would say yes, because he KNOWS how to physically shave himself. If the question is, 'will he actualy shave himself?' I could say no, because 'every man' is relative, you could mean every man BUT the barber. You did not say it was imperative that he shave himself. I could also say yes. If it is a small town, he might only be shaving 5 people.

    tl;dr YES

  • Annotations = Annoytations

  • @EShAn309 Why would you need to pause this awesomeness?

  • there is something about the low brass in this song i find beautiful. it's like it resurfaces all my most beautiful memories and feelings. i can't explain it...

  • goosebumps !

  • Hans zimmer is the boss. He also made music for "The Thin Red Line"

  • FFS CAN NO1 ON YOUTUBE SPELL OR PUT A D OR AN S ON THE END OF THEIR WORDS FREAKIN CRAP I'M TIRED OF SEEING STUPID COMMENTS THAT DON'T EVEN MAKE SENSE. VIEW COMMENTS OFF PL0X?

  • @blorbledorb Chill bro..

  • @blorbledorb Not everybodys first language is English. Seig Heil grammar NAZI!

  • One word to describe how this makes me feel...

    Fuck.

  • Tubestop for Firefox prevents autoplay on all Youtube videos AND REMOVES IN-VIDEO ADDS.

Please thumbs up to help others!

  • This statement is false...

  • Time travel to the future is in fact possible due to relativity.

Going back however, is not as easy.

  • Is this a paradox?

well, everyone says every person is unique, meaning that every person is different in some way, shape or form. But, if everyone is unique, that means that everyone has something in common, which is being unique. ( everyone is unique meaning everyone has atleast one thing in common ) But, if you think about it, they both cancel each other out. WHAT IS GOING ON?!

  • i just love how this stuff fucks ur brain up lol

  • Time travel isn't actually possible, because time is a concept. We're just matter changing, we can't undo it.

  • @johnlalala23 I can't wait for the day to prove you wrong. ( Hopefully :D )

  • @MadDizProductions I hope you do to ;)

  • @johnlalala23 However, a mystic would tell you that time only exists in the physical realm; the invisible world has no time. Your mind constantly runs between the invisible world of the "spirit" and the visible world of "the flesh." Theta waves during performance, meditation, and other "in the now" activities are evidence by the perception of the one in Theta-- they experience time dilation.

Time, therefore, is only a fallacy we have created to make a sequence of controls.

  • @ivvy1221 Theta waves are minute voltage variations associated with ionic movement within neurons in the brain. They aren't in a spiritual world, they physically exist and are mesurable. They are associated with matter of which we are aware of and neurological stimulations ( like meditation,ect... ) influence the oscillations of theta waves. I don't know why you evoked time dilation. Probably in reference to the accelerated speed of the ions in cases of theta wave augementation.

  • @kirbypinkpower A mind slipping into Theta will perceive a spiritual experience, or an experience of "now", and absolute center. If they take that as a spiritual world-- more power to them; and it does not change their experience.

Thank you for further defining Theta for folks. =D

Philosophers have been arguing time as a fallacy for centuries; we metaphysical lovers really enjoy the idea that the physical world is only half of our experience. Therefore, since life is based on perception...;-)

  • @ivvy1221 However I don't understand how this helps your suggestion. Time is a fundamental building block of civilisation, being a mesuring tool involved intricately in all branches of humanity used to sequence events and comprend many and various ideas in all domains ( astrology, biology, psychiatry... ). Some people even suggest that it's a dimension. But saying that our notion of time is a fallacy is incorrect. It's humanity's ever-changing vision on time.

  • who stole gods ipod !?

  • actually time travel could be possible, but you could never travel to any time before the time machine was invented. Say I just now activated the machine. I would not be able to go back to before I activated it.

  • @VandyVidz you're talikg about perceptionional time travel, we need faster than light travel for that baby to work

  • Here's a paradox:

    Shut up

  • @GreenBreakFree True, very true. That's why this is all hypothetical of course. Hopefully one day we will be able to examine these questions more in depth.

  • there should be a "jaw-dropping, drooling, eyes twinkling in amazement" reaction in the reactions list. :)

  • Hello! I'm Dom Cobb. I'm going to tell you a sercret: Jack never die in Titanic, he wakes up on the beach in Inception.

Jack inside Cobb's dream inside Inception inside Titanic inside Your Dream. Now, it's time to wake up...:D

  • @mrt0ddt0dd took me 3 minutes to figure out your paradox.
