I love how the SAME '60 Bel Air and the same '68 Rambler appear in different scenes. Or how the same Javelin/AMX pops up multiple times too. Now apparently, Paul Glaser hated the Torino so much, that in the instances where he had to drive, he would purposely try to damage it. This kind of activity is VERY evident by season 4.
I would watch this show every afternoon in reruns during high school days, but I don't remember this particular episode. Did an evil Starsky & Hutch cross over from a parallel universe? Hmmm...why not?
They loose control around that one building twice (but really only once because it is filmed from two angles.. Then later they come ripping up the back side of it (note the canopys over the windows) for a total of three passes around that one building. Would also like to take note on the extensive use of that dark gold Javelin and the chevelle for that matter.

I love the look on Hutch's face after Starsky says that :) This has to be one of the best chases in the whole series :)
