Quake III Arena: Following Xaero on Nightmare (Bots are cheap)

the way i see it there's 2 kinds of quake, if you're a mongoose you'll use rail and lightning quick reflexes to be a cheap bastard, however if you're a cat you use rocket launcher and lock out your opponent's timings to keep em disabled. i wish q4 had more rocket-only servers..i just think the idea of quake is you have dodge-able bullets and you use them to break the randomness of dodging, like 3-d chess w/o the clock.

"real players cant do that unless they are unusually skilled" .. ??? Seriously, im pretty average at Quake, but so called "quickshooting" is something thats easy to pick up.

well sorry but i meant like when they know theres someone behind them and suddenly turn around and the crosshair automatically goes on the enemy

Except for the fact that it looks a bit jerky when watching a bot, its actually pretty basic in Quake.. i do it all the time, as do most players.

I have beaten last arena with Xaero on nightmare before, you can't keep still at all and you can't jump between islands.

i know its hard to kill them on nightmare its lik thy hav a aimbot lol got 13 kills on nightmare out of 20

Bots are easy if you are skilled on average I get 20:1 against Xaero on Nightmare.
