hey um u guys should NEVER stunt with a hurt ankle, u could risk severe permant injury to ur ankle if somethin happened, i was flying with a hurt ankle for a comp. i fell during an aerobesc and landed on my back spot gave her a concussion and broke my ankle yea so that wasnt good so i can still cheer but my ankle is jacked up now
Okay for one if your injured you should even attempt to stunt. If your a part of a squad you should have been told that. It's dangerous for yourself and your base.

It's dangerous for the base because if your (lets pretend) doing a single base and she can't put weight on one of her feet it's likely she'll fall and panic hiting you on the way down. I know, I've done it before and kicked my base in the face. It's not nice
I had flyers come to my house and say they wanted to work on stunts and I was like no way. I do enough basing at practice and games. I doubt I would let a lame flyer up.
