We didn't make a whole turkey here at my house, just a turkey breast but it was good. Oh and Pumpkin pie too! :)

Well today it was turkey soup and left over pumpkin pie. I do think your Thanksgiving is too close to Christmas. How do you have so much turkey so close together? Of course turkey always goes well any occasion.

I agree! WAY too close to X-mas! We usually cook a turkey AND prime rib or a ham at X-mas in my family to break things up a bit. :-)

Yes..Chris does a great 'turkey run'

These grandchildren aren't quite ready for college yet but I do have a granddaughter in town here that is in her first year of college.

That piece of music that Chris was playing along to a piano, on his guitar, is called I believe Canon..I will have to ask him. it is very pretty. I think it to be classical.

I had to eat the turkey..didn't want the granddaughter thinking it wasn't good for her. LOL.

Yes! It is Canon, one of my favorites of classical music!  Even more special with Chris playing along on guitar. Was somebody playing the piano? Or was that recorded?

That was a recording he has of it Arthur, I think a CD. We have a piano here at our home and his dad plays it.

I just called him and he said yes that is the name of it.

Hi Sandie! That turkey could take some running lessons from my son! He never had a chance! Yes, I'm in Southern Ontario, and we have been breaking temp records for the last few weeks. It's turned cooler today though..in the 70's. Maybe now the leaves will start to change color..I love Autumn.
