  • Thanks for making this video man. Seems like its a scam that works on the placebo effect. And seems like it could even damage your hearing with all the junk coming out of the front!

  • better w/o the so-called music

  • Your voice is annoying firstly, secondly you do not have a proper seal on the tip of your candle, thus you're not allowing the vacuum to build, which would suck all of that smoke out of your ear, rather than depositing it. And, if you burn a candle in your ear, and burn one not in your ear, You'll see a significant difference of the contents of your candle when you're finished. The one in the ear, will contain a brown wax(earwax) as well as the yellowish powdery substance that's in the non-ear

  • Like the SKAMS in the background! and well done for debunking these ear candles-useless and dangerous..beeswax does not ''all evaporate'' as it burns..it is the beeswax you see inside the ear candle, not earwax.

  • Thanks a lot!!

  • Stop being a sheep by taking other people's advise. Get your facts straight mate and educate yourself first before you start educating the rest of the world with your ignorance.

  • First of all, Sir, you can not assimilate an ear canal with a jar and paper plate... Secondly, if you research ear candles, it's ancient medical device that has been around for centuries. Thirdly, authentic ear candles are made out of bee's wax, which evaporates once it's burnt so no dripping of wax. Lastly, I am a therapist that has used these candles on myself and within my business and they DO extract wax and dry skin. Mate, it's ppl like you who give natural medicine a bad name!!!

  • @SweetIls You're stupid. Period.

  • @twoofheartsxxx Nice to see the extent of your intelligence.... Good luck with your card tricks lol

  • @SweetIls You passed up an opportunity to direct this video's viewer to research friendly to your claims, but you failed to do so. No one is going to sift through 1,990,000 search results when they are likely to find there initial views tell them scam out of the gate. In my opinion it's you & those like you are who are bad for "natural medicine"

  • @westkan I understand the opinion that you are trying to express, however, no matter how friendly or unfriendly my comments effected you, it has no relevance to the facts from the experience and research that I have endured. The video has staged an opportunity to educate and HE has failed. My concern is not 2 million people, it's the effect of one ill educated man who has infected others with misleading information.....'Prevention is better than cure'.

  • @SweetIls I said nothing about 2M people, I was referencing the nearly 2M search hit people have to sift through to be able to find the facts to back up the allegations you made. Once again you passed up an opportunity educate the viewers yourself. Then again you may not want the viewers to start looking at those search results as they will quickly find sources more reputable than this guy, saying ear candles don't provide medical treatment of any kind.

  • @westkan How interesting, in your eyes, I have 'passed up opportunities' and 'failed to educate' but yet your 'reputable' facts are based on how many ppl will search utube to find the truth in my 'allegations'?? Seriously mate, I'm not trying to cure the world with my facts, just merely pointing out to THIS guy that he should do his research, on humans, before claiming 'they don't work'. I suggest that you do the same, otherwise, maybe your 'input' is only useful in electronics.

  • @SweetIls I have been a beekeeper for almost 20 years. I have been making beeswax candles for 15 years. As an expert in the field of bees I can say that you are incorrect in saying that beeswax evaporates. It does not it melts and burns just a lot like paraffin wax with the difference being that beeswax has a higher flash point. This means that paraffin wax has a higher likelihood of evaporating than beeswax. I have no opinion on ear candles and if they work.

  • @poisonduckie Thank you Mr Bee keeper. I have no issues to admit when I am wrong, however, we are both right. When a candle is lit, the heat melts the wax and evaporates, the vaporized wax then burns. Scientist call this the 'combustion process'. No matter what wax is used to fuel a candle, the process is the same. The type of wax, how it is constructed and the environment in which it is housed, effects the burning time but bee's wax is know to be the longest compared to paraffin.

  • no wonder the kardashians use it

  • NONE AS COMMENTED ON THAT BUT THAT IS OUR'S KIDS INITIALS.

I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE WAS GOING TO CATCH THAT. SHARP EYE!

  • Thanks for posting. I just was telling my husband he needed to get the wax cleaned out of his ears. Then I told him maybe we should try the ear candles. Good thing I decided to you tube it! Anyway...did anyone else notice in the video how on the counter there are letters and the are SKAMS? I thought that was ironic!

  • you could have at least put a clean shirt on to make a youtube video. you've got food all over you fatty!

  • 5:36

    F***ing Hilarious

you definitely need to make more videos dude, very personable

  • Oh god, when it streamed out like that. O_o Thanks for doing this, what a scam.

  • now i know fuck-all about ear candles but even a half intelligent person, like myself, would use his imagination and cunjor up the idea that the stuff thats pouring out of the candle might be going into your ear so that when it all comes out, it takes the ear wax with it? im 16 and i just used my brain instead of hearing a romour and jumping to conclusions. something that you cant do.

  • @CALUCATCEPS

You're 16 and you're a dumbass. How do you expect to get that shit out when it's deep inside your ear? It's not like that candle came with something to extract it out afterward right? Like you said USE that brain of yours. You're welcome to try the candles nobody's stopping you. But if you was smart then you would know if you wanted to remove ear wax that you would go to a doctor first. YouTube is not a Doctor and these do it yourself stuff are dangerous. Quit being cheap...

  • well, i agree with you 100% that they dont pull wax out of your ears....i believe the "masses" decided to start thinking that for some reason...but even the Harmony brand you are holding has this on the package and website....."*Please Note: Holistic Candles do not create a vacuum. Holistic Candles do not pull wax or anything out of the body." its just a relaxation technique..sure there is no science behind it relaxing you. but i dont know any science or proof of 'god' but people still believe

  • KEEP FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT

  • This is the most easily disproved scam ever. Thanks for making this video.

  • thanks!

  • I thought about doing this I was told by a coworker that they would work...Thank god I looked on here first and read about it. Thank you for your experiment and saving my ears.
