I've only played FO3 on PC but I've played New Vegas on both PS3 and PC. The PS3 version is incredibly jaggy and seems to be running at a really low resolution, something below 720p. I've noticed a couple of PS3 games having this problem and it really makes the game look a lot worse.

No, the only way you can get the add on's (DLC) on PSN is with a credit card or buy a Playstation network card at a store. (like $50 for a 50 dollar card) or buying the game of the year edition.

i ahve the game (finished it 3 times ps3), its an awesome game but it does freeze quite a bit. be sure to save often and on various slots coz it will freeze on u. its not unbearable or all the time but now and then u'll find urself frozen or stuck in between rocks or somethin on the ps3
