@2littleapples I'm pleased you found the video useful. I'm using a 12kg kettlebell in the video but anyone wanting to complete this circuit needs to find a weight they can military press safely with. Some of my clients have started on a really light kettlebell such as a 4kg before moving on to a heavier bell. You also need to find a weight you can work with over a 20 minute period!
I am a beginner and this circuit was awesome! Thank you.
My trainer has me using 8KG for most moves and a 10KG for other moves.

thanks so much for responding so quickly. I bought a (15lb/7kg) one to start with, and my husband has a 30lb/13kg one that I will work my way up to.
Your videos are the best ones I've seen for women on you tube. Glad I found them.
