  • I usually just drink half of it and the save the rest for the next day. Only one of those seemed like it had a lot of calories to me. 1 cup of milk is around 120 calories but it still has other stuff that is good for you. It is a good idea to watch what your putting in your body through drinking tho. A lot of people eat healthy but totally ignore the nutrition facts on the back of their drinks. Just like food, drinks count.

  • You know where you can find some hidden sugar? FOUR LOKO :D nah it's supposed to be dangerous so i don't drink it, I have some friends that do though lol that stuff is nasty
