Its funny when this album came out...besides not knowing it did due to sony not promoting it I was confused because it was so well produced and this song was the first song on the album and basically said we have changed our style. But now that i listen to it many years later I can still hear the old ned's in it,funny how that works really. I cant wait to hear the new stuff which is rumored to be in the pipeline soon I guess?
Saw them in the 90's, when they hit their first note, the crowd went insane, I have never been to a more insane concert, and I have seen way heavier bands than them.
having now run out of volume listening to this track on my DDM4000 im seriously reconsidering my previous post that not sleeping around was their best track. Id have to list these as my favourites..
The band have a new live CD/DVD out filmed May 2009 it features the original band members. Go to the big cartel website & search for Ned's Atomic Dustbin. Get your name on the artwork & a discount of 15% this week. This song is on it.
I have to agree, it was a phenomenal album. Shame it seemingly went practically unnoticed. Every song is solid and unique. I was obsessed with Premonition more as a kid than any other song by any other band.
This was the album that got me interested in Neds Atomic Dustbin. It is by far their most acomplished album to date and the production is second to non
@greycell - Gotta say, even though I love the Neds, I thought this album was dreadful, aside form 'Stuck' and 'To be Right', the rest of it just bored the hell out of me, Listen to 'Are You Normal' and then listen to this, it just doesnt stand up production-wize or song-wize.
I've never heard of this band until today, totaly radical, the 90's definately had its own thing goin on, with bands such as, the swirlies, failure, nirvana, my bloody valentine, erics trip
Is that a early Jaguar being destroyed in this video? I hope not, that's a gorgeous car. Unfortunately I can't tell. Anyways, good stuff, but that usually goes without saying with the Ned's.

some good songs on this album, including this one, too bad someone was trying to give them NIN touches in the production..

I'm from the U.S. and I'm a huge Ned's fan too. I still listen to them to this day - they were way ahead of their time. I'd love to see a comeback!

This is the song I played before all the make-it or break-it finals in college. Wouldn't have made it without.

I can't believe YouTube kept the "high quality" version of this lying around long before they implemented that feature. Awesome.
