I ask you this because we were led to believe that Starkiller had died at the end of the last game, so how could they make a sequel if the main character was dead? @Shaun4karate Apparantly the character in FU2 is a clone..or at least, he is told he is a clone by vader. So it might turn out that he isnt a clone, and somehow survived the first game... But whatever happens, it will be EPIC :D

One query that I had about the first game, is when you play with the downloadable characters, you have to hold the lightsaber upsidedown. When mostly all the DLC characters do not hold it that way. If they have DLC, I hope If I play as Obi-Wan I don't have to play with Duel Lightsabers. The force is telling me this might be true though... but a small price to pay I guess. Still would like to see this fixed!!

Way too flashy. I remember when the full extent of the force's power was a push or a pull, maybe to move your enemies or pull your saber back to you. And two sabers? overpowered.

Although I fully acknowledge its many faults, I loved the first game due to the fact that I am a huge Star Wars nerd and thought it added a surprisingly detailed and movie-worthy story to the ever expanding Star Wars mythos. And now, this game is shaping up to be even better, taking all that I loved from the first game (i.e. super crazy awesome force powers, a great story, and amazing casting) and making these aspects all the more exciting. Finally it pays off to love Star Wars again!

And the hell with multiplayer. Too many companies try to throw in multiplayer and end up halfassing it or the main game. I'm perfectly happy with a good single player campaign. Although I wouldn't mind the game being a little longer than the first one.

@VengefulRonin Agreed, I much prefer a good offline campaign, Personally I don't game much online, I appreciate those who do, and enjoy it, but fact is I think the nature of this game and it's game-play wouldn't make a great fit for online play.... and yes, dismemberment :D (I'm not *really* allowed to say much just yet, but I did get some hands on play with a developer build of the game and slicing body bits off is pretty damn fun ;) )

@Blunty3000 I also agree with you guys. In fact, the majority of the games I own are single player, campaign, story driven games.

While both single player and multiplayer games can be extremely fun and entertaining, some are designed for it and others are not. I feel like for a game like SWTFU...adding a multiplayer element would just seem like a tacky add-on that probably wouldn't play very well.

To make a truly great multiplayer game *Caugh LBP :)* it needs to be the prime focus,not an addon

I play a handful (only 2 :P) online mmos and dismemberment is usually dropped in mmos because passing the details of the lost whatever is harder than passing simple animations client to client via the server. It's the "but, it must be EXACT for each player!" attitude. I dunno, as long as gameplay is smooth, why not allow each player to see a slightly different world? So arm A from player/NPC B lays half a meter to the left on one client than another... details / hobgoblins.

Speaking of the over-the-top feel of Starkiller, that's what I'm enjoying the hell out of with the first one. the whole comic book feel of the battles and stuff. Bloody awesome.
