Does a steeper hill compensate for shorter distance?
There's a hill here at my university that's about a 30 or 35 degree incline (I may be over estimating). But it's only about 25 yards in length uphill.

The higher the incline the shorter your intervals will have to be. You probably want short bursts of at least 15 secs or so.
