Y'know, if you hold back on the D-Pad during a jump, you'll get better distance and you'll land more softly (AND not lose speed upon landing)

I think you might feel better about the jumps with this little tip ;)

When you are about to hit the jump and until you land, HOLD THE DOWN BUTTON :D You will not only go further but wont have that annoying impact when you land aswell ;)

Hope this helps....and oh I realize this is an old video but hopefully you keep track of it still lol
