  • I've been dreaming of going to Thailand for years, thanks for showing us around with this vid Harley!

  • Harley can you tell me if Cambodia(Phnom Penh) has got good and inexpensive fruit? I have opportunity to go live there but don´t know if is a fruit paradise too like Thailand. :) thanks

  • 40 BUCKS!?!

I know where i'm spending a few months when I get out of the navy. You rule, man

  • I miss my country ( Thailand )

  • Loved loved loved this video!

  • holy shit ,man so much fruit im changing my life to this!!

  • damn lol dident see this

  • Krabi is also good! xD

  • LOL FUNNY ant story!

  • Last time I was in Thailand went out in Pattaya and I ate a kilo of mangosteen while watching a "Kickboxing" show in a local pub. I miss mangosteen.

  • AMAZiNG ♥♡♥♡♡♡♡

  • About how much was your plane ticket? and where did you fly from? I really want to go! Im out on the east coast of the U.S.

  • "Theres not many cockraoches cuz the rats ate them all" LMAO That made me crack up

  • I want to go there right now!

    Thanks for sharing!

  • funny as it happens I was eating a Mango steam from my local green grocer. I bought 3 for about $5 AUD.. 1 was off (could not eat) one was almost off (eat it anyway.. still good mostly) the last was perfect, best $5 I spent today :) heading to Thailand in October, cant what

  • Interesting video! Currrently I hear a lot of great information about Thailand. The people seem to be very nice, the prices are low so you can live on a low budget. I'll keep it on my watch list for my next holidays.

Only drawback as far as I know: you cannot directly buy property there...

  • well you've convinced me to go to thailand! definitely not this summer, but hopefully next..gotta build up vacation time for my job haha.

  • how many native thai folk do you imagine are rv?

how many foreigners would you say live in thailand?

  • Great vid! Do you ride around with a trailer to carry fruit or do you just eat it on the spot?

  • @rawfoodrocks Both. :)

  • awesome video!

  • this video is the reason why im already booking my tickets for next summer. Mangosteen Extracts is a bullshit ploy. Fuck David Wolfe, DV and all the other suppy yuppies.

  • i wanna know how someone like durianrider would peform at the tour de france.... it would be very interessting to see how a raw foodist performes against chemical doping drivers...

  • @TheRawcoder Id get dropped on the 100km an hour descents cos I dont want to risk death for a bike race. Ive trained with most of the well known riders in the last 10 years. I can keep up in training no worries but when it comes to high speed descending or doping to get the extra few %, its bye bye DR lol!

People that think you can compete with dopers and be natural are the same people that think you can fly off a cliff if you want it bad enough. To ride at 6.5wpkg for 1hr = MUST DOPE.

  • how do you know if there are crododiles etc in the ocean/sea/waters?

  • @Puffsneeze There isnt any croc's cos the sharks and pythons ate em all.

  • Thank you for sharing! I was wondering what say to people in the airport when they ask you if you've gotten the vaccines, and that you can't go to the country if you haven't gotten them?

  • @GabyBRR What countries require that you MUST have vaccines to enter? Ive never been to one. Let me know so I can put em on my 'dont visit' list. ;)

  • @durianriders I just remember that when we stayed in Costa Rica because our flight to Ecuador had left us, the girl from the airline told us that we could not stay there if we did not have certain shots (which I can't remember right now), because she thought we were coming back from Ecuador, and we could spread something. Maybe I understood it the wrong way. Thanks for the reply :)!

  • @CreatorOfTheUniverse Im moving to Atlantis this week. My hommy King Neptune just flicked me an invite via FB. You can crash at our pad if you dont have anywhere to stay. Its 200ft under the sea and turn left at the coral shoals and if you get lost, ask a tuna for directions to King Neptunes Crib' where durianrider is crashing.

  • Pseudoscience ftw

  • Wow, this was a fantastic video Harley. Can you do one on NYC??

  • your budget is spot on man, I was in phuket and bangkok a few years back and spent 10$ a day for massages and awesome food! Thailand is the place to be

  • I'll be in Thailand on Monday! Traveling from Korea (English teacher on vacation). You made me want to put Chanthaburi on my list!

  • Looks like a great place for a "real" health retreat!!

    Thanks Mate!

  • Really like the longer vid, showing the amazing abundance and variety of fruit in Thailand. It's also very useful to be shown what parts of tropical fruits are edible, what they look like when really ripe, etc. I live in northern NJ and have never seen any of these fruits in our Whole Foods here. Would like see some vids about how you're doing here in the USA, saw you briefly on Arnold's channel. How do you find the weather, fruit, biking, folks etc.

  • classic vid, looks like you're having a ball!

  • LOLed at the 30BaD FTW LOL!

  • So much fruit, how the hell do u choose what to eat everyday?!!! LOL

  • I've gotta get to thailand! look at all that abundant delicious tropical fuit! i am drooling! :-)

  • You will get diabetes (or may already have it) from eating 5kg of fruit for a meal. ROFL that is absolutely insane I don't even think its humanly possible to eat 12lbs of food for a meal. The glycemic load of that one meal is probably at least 10x the recommended daily limit.

  • @Dysic Fruits and vegetables tend to have a low glycemic index and a low glycemic load. You won't get diabetes from eating sweet fruit.

  • @Dysic most fruit is low on the GI. soda and processed food is high GI. The difference is the sugars being bound to the fibre and entering the bloodstream slowly. Look for vids of Harley checking his blood sugar after one of his fruit meals - he registered nothing. Try eating a kit kat and compare.

  • @Dysic Thats why people that eat 811 CURE type 2 diabetes and improve health and vitality on Type 1 diabetes.

Get a copy of 80/10/10 by Doug Graham.

Get a copy of 'Dr Barnards programme for reversing diabetes' and get back to us. :)

  • @durianriders and Dr Robert Morse's The Detox Miracle Sourcebook =)

  • Harley your one cool dude keep your game stong player

  • Damn Harley...........great video!

  • chinaburry?

  • hey do you know the name of the fruit we can see in the film at 22:08 (3 lao 100), I would love to know the name, cause it tasts so amazing (I think it´s something something acidic)

  • ok, you said it later "SALAK" but what is the english name? (do they even have an english name?)

  • @azulrojoanaranjado Salak aka snakefruit. Its most common name internationally is salak.

  • 30 bananas BTW!! haha! :)

  • do u bother getting all organic?

  • Rats and roaches are a sign of a healthy city? Are New York, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo etc... healthy? Love your videos by the way, hugs mate.

  • @marcelo1 yeah i agree.. I'm from NYC...I see cockroaches...I wouldn't call this a pollution chemical free city at all though!

  • Wonderful, thanks 4 sharing. paradise is right here on earth folks :) why not enjoy it while you're here ey

  • When he said that banana tastes like vanilla creme.... I got a shiver down my spine.

  • you speak Thai DR?

  • I live in the wrong country............

  • Harley You are in fruit paradise. I love chantaburi. I visited in 2006 but it was in december so not so many varieties but i had fun eating custard apple and also rambutan. Those two are my favorite fruits.

  • Those cats were cool looking.

  • i thought you were in the states?=)

  • Loved these videos. Getting our message off clear and load.......Now is to find the best combination place in the World for Fresh Grapes, Figs, Apricots, Almonds,Dates and Pears.

  • Man, I want to go there someday. I have the money to live when I get there, just no money for a ticket there. lol. Oh well, one day! The fruit looks AMAZING. Thanks Harley!

  • the inside of that mangosteen resembles the inside of a lychee fruit.

  • Wow!!! All that beautiful fruit everywhere! It's never ending...! I will definitely go there one day! Great video Harley, thank you! And I love the street sign! :)

  • What are the second and thrid best places for fresh fruit?

  • Truly heaven on earth! Thx for sharing Harley!

  • Very impressive, Harley...

  • I wish fruit was that cheap in America. Everyone would be eating a lot more of it.

  • @1imesub Sadly most people eat the food they are raised/advertised with and price is not the real issue. Learn that you normally eat one banana a day and everyone who eats more than two is considered a funny outcast. At least that is my experience.

  • @ThunderPreacher That and most of the fruit they feed kids in schools is of the lowest quality. All the salads have meat in them as well. The meat and dairy industry runs this country.

  • @1imesub Im in NYC at the moment and its HANDS DOWN the CHEAPEST place on earth for QUALITY fruit. Ive found all the big cities in the US incredibly cheap and good quality for fruit.

  • @durianriders Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining or making excuses for not eating fruit. I'm just comparing our prices to what you're getting in Thailand.

I met a guy from India a few months ago in line at Walmart who asked me how much I was paying for a young coconut I had in my basket. When I told him nearly $3, he told me in India, he used to buy them on the street for 25 cents! If I could get fruit, coconuts, etc. for the prices they pay over in S.E. Asia, I'd be a raw vegan too!

  • @durianriders wish it were so...cherries @ $10.00 a pound here in Los Angeles, bought $40 worth...that's nearly a days wage for us. They tasted really good, but we can't always afford to eat like that. <3

  • @eagleheartsong Holy cow... I've been getting them on sale for around $2.50/lb. I just bought 15 lbs. worth last night. I always though fruit was cheaper in CA since so much of it is grown over there.

  • @1imesub Yeah thats all America needs is more fructose

  • Totally inspiring! Love the video... :)

  • Sold! I need to go there someday. Fruit heaven!

  • Looks awesome Harley....I need a break from New Orleans dude....Everything is sick and contaminated here, but Thailand looks way more happening....Definitely considering a trip....Thanks for the video mate....Peace and Durian grease, ha.

  • whats the best time of the year to travel there?

  • @underdune I said it in the vid. ;) May to Sept is the PEAK fruit season but you can get great bananas/pineapple/papaya and mangoes all year round.

  • He...he's not totally ripping on someone in a hilarious manner! What gives?

  • thanks for these videos man. very informative. soon iam planning my own trip to thailand. keep it organic ;-)
