Leonardo's one of the most under-rated actors, though since inception he's getting a lot more attention. I saw this before I knew who he was and thought they'd actually got an intellectually disabled kid for the role. After seeing romeo & juliet and titanic I'd dismissed him as a pretty boy type actor like so many people did. When I realised he was the one I played this role I looked at his other roles in a new light.
