I think that was really good, I just feel like you needed to add more dynamics to the song. You started out at 100 % volume which left you with no place to go. You want to be able to move with the song. I'd say just try and sing the emotion rather than the notes are the words. At first that may be weird...but sometimes it may help to even just substitute the words with the emotion until your voice conveys it...effortlessly.
