I dont kno about Bears history as far as coaching staff goes other than Mike Ditka, all I know is that the Packers HAD a great coaching staff and players, for several seasons,then after that last superbowl we were in we just started trailing overall as a team,especially after Mike Holmgren left the Packers went downhill.But unless this new coach fails,I don't think we will get much worse than we are now,hopefully he can make some good decisions.But I guess that's what every team in the NFL feels
