Tarantino is a good Director only in the era in which he makes films. If anyone were to believe he was the greatest, they should by rights look into his influences, and more importantly, the important Directors of yesteryear that he Professes a lack of interest in on account of their widespread innovations.

@JiffySpook Youre a moron. Fact is that Tarantino made one of the greatest and most important movies of all time. PF surely is the greatest movie made in the past 20 years. You can never take that away from him, whatever movies he makes next: he will always be the writer/director of that brilliant piece of work. I don't know what you mean about his 'lack of interest' for the old directors. Pulp Fiction is better, more profound and more fun than anything you would call a 'masterpiece'.

Yours is wrong, because QT has worked in very different genres and obviously has the skill to make whatever movie he would like.
