Damn man, just watched that through twice - again - truly inspiring stuff Kai and really uplifting and beautiful as well - thanks again for posting. M
Simply beautiful my friend. You have chops for days and play the bejeezus out of that bass, but you never get wank-y (like so many others tend to do). I love how you integrate all of your unique playing styles and techniques here so masterfully while always maintaining the musicality and flow. Much appreciated, as always. Can't wait to see you at Yoshi's next week! (Thanks for pointing me here, Anil!)

@ChiapasZapata - Just learn strong theory and then add one technique at a time. Most of all REALLY listen to what you like... all the details.

Incredible. I'm a bit of a Garaj Mahal junkie and love your work.

Excellent flow of ideas. If I close my eyes and really listen it just gets better.
Was the part beginning at 1:30 composed ahead of time or improvised? (The new bass sounds great too..punchy and sweetly melodic at the same time).

You broke into giant steps at 4:04! Sickest ever! How often do you practice?
