  • first thing i ever put on my credit card years ago- was this cd. heh.

  • Beautiful and haunting!

  • Reeeeeeverrrrrrrrrrrrb.......

  • one of my all time faves.

  • So. Incredibly. Beautiful. :)

  • I'd love to hear what she sings. I can only understand one phrase; "Illusory me.."

  • Fantastic...

  • It's annoying and sad that everyone must always argue about musical tastes. I love death and black metal hear a lot of gothic too and think that Justin Bieber is great.

  • I found this band from a "Goth Types" website. I needed new sounds anyway, and this rocks! Reminds me of Cocteau Twins.

  • authentic LSD trip!!could anyone keep appreciating the life after listening this deep sad song??? Of course yes

  • eye heart grind, acousmatic, jazz, death, luxpop, tons of different stuff. But LSD holds a unique place in the audioverse -- anyone who actually listens knows these cats first two lps were of the Magic, like peak Fishbone, Boredoms, John Zorn or Plugged Nickle-era Miles Davis. Serious stuff.

  • this song is beautiful.

  • why in the hell would someone press the dislike button?

  • Enchanting! I'm a musician in an ambient rock band and I really enjoy your material.

  • NO ME LO PUEDO CREER!!!!! HACIA UNOS 20 AÑOS QUE NO LE ESCUCHAVA.

    BUENOS RECUERDOS.

  • is the album "Idylls" worth to be bought ? i already got the album "Ardor" , very excellent

  • Pretty song. :)

  • A metalhead who appreciates the beauty of Love Spirals Downwards. Methinks to take a look at the gentle Damnation album by Opeth before limiting metal fans to one box... diversity is a good thing, as is musical appreciation.

  • @Stavies2009 Agreed.

  • @Stavies2009 Im a metal fan and I love Love Spirals Downwards. I also love collide and Switchblade symphony.

  • @Stavies2009

    diversity is fucking awesome!

  • @Stavies2009 i listened to alot of metal but this is beautiful so i like it ofcoarse.

  • @Stavies2009

you should also check out still life by opeth.

  • @Stavies2009 Yes but how many metalheads would have bothered with Damnation if Opeth hadn't of recorded it? i'm guessing very few.

The reality is while there are some open minded metal fans out there, they tend to consider bands like Dead Can Dance and Love Spirals Downwards as pleasant diversions. That has been my experience.

And LSD aren't a million miles away from some goth metal anyway. they just lack heavy guitars. and sometimes that makes all the difference.

  • @Stavies2009 "Methinks"?

  • it quite simply does not get much prettier than this. love it sosa much

  • I used to listen to this cd every night. It relaxed me so much.

  • Could use more trumpets!

  • lmao

  • this is nice i'm liking this, reminds me of Lycia.

  • I think I like these guys a little bit more than Dead Can Dance.

  • dead can dance

  • Can't be compared to this. DCD explored different sounds and music and evolved through experimentation while LSD were a great Goth band. LSD, I love them, but is not in the same class as DCD.

  • I agree completely :)

  • yes

  • I just noticed this.Love Spirals Downwards=

    LSD.How fascinating.

  • That is pretty interesting actually. Drug induced music in general is usually interesting. Ever heard of Velvet Cacoon?

  • dude! Velvet cacoon, ambient black metal from the US, nice!

  • @birinbirinbirin A "Metal Fuck" uploaded this.

  • @JustinOsbo Nice try but, you cannot reason with this person. I tried, but, they wanna talk about how Metalheads used to beat them up, and ruined their personal goth "scene"....whatever that wass. I agree with you wholeheartedly. Cheers !

  • @JustinOsbo i love youtube fights what else can i say haha and metal heads are complete jerks to me.

  • @birinbirinbirin Well, if you're going to be a prejudiced asshole then people being complete jerks to you is unavoidable :)

  • which, of course, is always appropriate to say when not listening to gothic music.

  • es lo mejor que hay en el mundo

  • concuerdo con tu opinion :)

  • what a beautifull song

  • so great

  • for me the best song is "and the wead comes into leaf"... but here there is not :"(

  • Beautiful.

  • Thank you for posting!

  • I am happy that you enjoy. You're (all) very welcome. : )
