  • wow that woman is so hot

  • have you guys actually watched this vid? I watched the first thirteen seconds and decided not to join you in intellectual death. fare well.

  • im half japanese and half american. do i listen to the japanese or english? ahhh XD

  • @nihonjinteen XD Just Listen To Boath!

  • @nihonjinteen 隣の席の奴に自慢しろよ。”hey, listen listen listen!! I can understand both!! " って。

  • 日本の航空会社って感じがする!凄く丁寧だし細かいところまで説明してる。

    他の航空会社ってもっと簡素だよね。出口の説明程度だったり。

  • @cairns65 everyone knows that. the uploader also knows that but he uses boing either because it has been used or he wants to. the description and the video has the correct spelling too

  • They forgot to say ONLY inflate the vest when you're outside the plane

  • @SexyToshi not outside the plane but AT the emergency exits. if their outside the plane, meaning their in the water then they inflate

  • What is tht song name??

  • the one at the begining is Bittersweet syphony by the verve. good song.

  • they should have stressed the life vest is only inflated OUTSIDE of the aircraft

  • コレ、上から画面出てくるとことかカッコいいですよねw

  • why do you have to leave hand lougige in the cabbin in a enmerchacy landing

  • because dudes taking it with them will block the emergency exits and hamper the evacuation process

  • Because if the luggage has sharp corners it will tear the slide and carrying heavy items may slow you down

  • Because we don't want dudes with huge bags blocking the exit when a major fire is ravaging the aircraft

  • i feel alot if ground force

  • It isn't stupid, I feel it. It is normal. It is gravity acting on your body and it feels like you are being pulled down.

  • oh ok i though it was me.

  • most airliners pull 1.3g for a moment during rotation for takeoff

  • i think i do kinda like a roller coster but when you lift off it changes

  • why do these videos get so many views?

  • People are afriad of flying

  • they show them on the flight, most people dont pay attention to them

  • Since this is All Nippon Airways, people are expecting some sort of Pokemon-themed thing where Pikachu assists people in inflating the slide.

To say the least, I was very disappointed.

  • HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA hAHA hAHAHAHAH AhAH A!!!!

  • i with ferruccio was VERY dissapointed i was looking for naruto, ichigo or another anime character

  • これを聞くと離陸する気分になるね

  • i think u don't inflate the lifevest until u swim out of the plane, or else you might float to the ceiling in the water and it is harder to swim to the exit door

  • very good and very dare

  • jal=animetion

    ana=demo

  • 2:06 It's a Gameboy!

  • EVA Air don't hire male flight attendants

  • Why not?

  • I think this is true for Japanese airline companies also. Such as ANA and JAL.

  • JAL has male flight attendants. I was on a flight with a male flight attendant...

  • Air canada and Cathay pacific have them too

  • The vast majority of airlines have male flight attendants as well as female flight attendants. Most countries prohibit female-only hiring as part of work discrimination legislation. It's foolish to think of it as a female only job anyways, and quite sexist and problematic...

  • did you know that the first flight attendants where male-only crews, called "cabin boys"

  • EVA Air don't hire male flight attendants

  • Are there any airlines that dont hire male Flight Attendants?, Or vice versa?

  • Well, Malaysian and Singaporean Airlines tend to have a quota, like 60% female. For the budget airlines, some flights u have all females

  • The video for JAL is better.

  • Which one? The current one or the older one?

  • they definitely need to update.

  • I don't agree ! Why ?

I like this safety video !!

  • LOL.

watch de Steward' Inflate de Life Vest..

    WITH FULL POWER.

But , ANA are like SIA .. A Star Alliance.

  • cool that they remembered the people who are deaf. (sign language)

  • Subtitles ALSO work for deaf - Many airlines use signers, subtitles, or both...

  • Is the sign language universal ? Or each country has its own ?

I would like to learn it, where must I go ?

  • Many countries have their own sign languages.

Also, American Sign Language and British Sign Language are not mutually intelligible.

  • Is it one which is universal ?

So the sign language we can see on the video is the japanese one ?

  • The language on the video is most likely the Japanese one. (I cannot distinguish between the sign languages)

To the best of my knowledge there is no "universal" sign language. I could be wrong.

  • I love Japanese language ! (english too of course ^^)

  • i can't tell you the music name, it has been done specially for the safety demo

  • Does someone have a copy of the music standalone? Someone had the Malév music standalone, albiet remixed.

  • The music played in the beginning of the video sounds like a popular song...anyone know the name? The first few chords...?

  • its bittersweet symphony

  • by the verve

  • Thank you for the ID, neontrix2008 and bruges90!

  • Who knows the music's name ?

I love it, very smooth !

  • Yeah, and so´s your comment.

  • どこで手に入れたのですか?

  • Thanks for uploading but i still think the Singapore Airlines safety video is the best.

  • Have you seen the intro for Malaysia Airlines?

  • This is rather ancient, isn't it? This has the usual tape artifacts of the oldschool IFEs in the 744. Nice to see that they have included sign language interpreters, too.

  • It mentions Star Alliance (NH joined Star in October 1999) - So this is at most 8 years old.

  • Yeah, that still works, around 2000 all IFEs were Tape-Based....

  • Boing744, as of nine months ago, said that this was the current ANA tape.

I have not flown on ANA before (I took Continental to Japan), so I cannot confirm if this was the video used.

  • I flew NH on HND-CTS-HND and definitely can verify that this version was used (with the audio more accurately timed vs. this example of course ;)).

I thought I'd never be so excited to have the "Emergency Procedures" segment show up since it has such a nice tune to go along with it! XD

  • Dude, what is that song in the beginning? It sounds wonderful!

  • Oh right ok, Thats good to hear, Thanks mate.

  • yes ANA have male cabin attendant but they are only europeans, there is only 1-2 japanese cabin crew, they were ground staff before

  • I also see the Japanese male cabin attendant

on the way from Taiwan to Tokyo

    but I just saw once,

and Japanese old attendant like UA.

  • Will NH hire more female pilots? How is Kaoru Takashima doing?

  • Cheap as Chips. And by the way, does ANA hire male flight attendants?

  • why dont they have parachutes

  • cos they risk getting sucked into the engines and nobody knows how to use them proparly

  • Strange video

  • the 767s and 737-700 have two traditional Chinese version subs for Hong Kong and Taiwan

the Japanese subs will be changed

(subs for Hong Kong and Taiwan are different in words)

  • maszs

  • Ive seen the emergency slide inflate from the top deck of a 747 before, IT IS MASSIVE

  • Did you get to ride it? ;)

  • no it was at a test so we dint get to ride it :(

  • Top deck?

  • yep

  • Isn't that like, very high?

  • ya its high but, the slide is alot wider then the bottem deck ones

  • Oh. And longer?

  • yep and longer

  • Excuse Me for the typing error, As the Sign Language Interpreter is added to the safety video, It Sall be Manadtory to All Air Carriers for the safety of their passengers. There are Deaf People Who Travels By Air!!!

  • Most airlines have the text at the bottom of the safety videos. Deaf people can read

  • The Video Clip is cool!! It is a very good idea to put the sign language interpreter on the Airline Safety Video. It shall be Madatory on Canadian Air Carriers and the U.S. Air Carriers. There are deaf people fikes with the airlines!

  • Look at the FA's new uniform and you will know this isn't an old video.

  • I love to be air cabin crew but i live in UK but i might work for BA or JAL.

    How old is this video?

  • This video is the latest.

  • wats tha difference between folding ur arms across ur waist, crossing your arms over ur chest, nd holding ur arms out in front of u

  • Maybe it's the soundtrack that won me over, but I definitely prefer this over JAL's new completely CGI demo.

  • no this is the version currently on board ana flight

  • This video is new version, isn't it?

    I like old version...

    Anyway, thank you for posting.

(My English skill is very poor. I beg your forgiveness.)

  • I think this is the old version.

  • It may be "old" but it is apparently still used to this day.

  • English skills look perfect to me. :)

  • Wonderful, thanks for posting this!

  • This video is a bit odd. Some parts look old, and merged with newer parts and uneven music. I prefer the Japan Airlines Safety Video.

Is it me, or the mother with the infant look a little too happy when they are given the infant life vest???
