Ya, I heard Time Warner dropped Channel 9. I also saw Channel 9 when I was in Sandusky, I think the cable there was Buckeye Cable.

I think they went bankrupt. Serves them right. My dad bought a car from them and it was a real lemon. Never buy a car or anything else from a Pajot.
