Thin Neck: Thinner than RR3 or RR5, not Super Wizard Ibanez thin, but IMO perfect (not to mention neck thru)

Stability: I know everyone rants about how their guitar stays in tune, but personally compared it to Dean USA ML, Ibanez Prestige, LP Std. Plus, USA Ibanez, Ibanez RG (import) & USA Std Strat, this thing is rock solid, locks in tune & stays in tune. Zero string buzz. I would recommend to my best friend without hesitation

@Behindspace90 It's been proven in a way. Most players switch from Jacksons to ESP's, and others switch from ESP's to Jackons. Both of which state the same reasons for switching. LTD is just a 'cheaper' variation of ESP's. My girlfriends dad has nothing but Fenders and Gibsons, he even admitted my Ltd Fx260 could well surpass his Explorer even without real EMG's in it. Both companies are good, but I tend to trail more to ESP because how they feel. I do want a Jackson RR eventually. lol

You are right if it comes to ESP's, those are just very good guitars! But they cost A LOT more than a comparable Jackson with the same quality.

I have played ESP and LTD for years, but am now comparing it to Jackson and I really prefer Jackson when it comes to guitars in the same price range.

Ltd 1000's cost about the same as a top of the line Japanese Jackson. When comparing; Jackson absolutely wins for me. The big difference is the neck and how it's finished. :)

@Behindspace90 Well, I found my LTD Ec-50 in a local owned guitar retailer where I live while looking for a 'real' guitar to replace my First Acts. It felt great and was better than anything else I had tried (Hamers, Cruzer, Schecter) and I bought it. The action and neck were amazing just a few months ago I was looking for a new one again. I was split between LTD-FX260 or an Epiphone Explorer. I bought the Ltd online, when it got to my house took it out of the box and the action was amazing

I just got another new guitar a week ago just to try it out, Squire Strats are okay. lol But I am so used to fixed bridges, and 10 gauge strings. It's all what you feel though really. I found that playing guitars that "look cool" some how worked for me because they all seemed to be set up perfectly to me.

Well yeah, I agree ESP's look way cooler than Jacksons in general. But quality-wise, Jackson still is the top of the bill for me.

The neck is the best part; the frets as leveled perfectly, the neck is as straight as John Rambo and it feels great. I have managed to lower my string height to a minimum, without fretbuzz. This was never possible with my Ltd's.

But overall I really still like my ltd mh-1000 (see my video's), it's still a great guitar! :)

In the second part of the first riff, try hitting the A and D strings with an upstroke and don't mute the Low B string, just muff it with your finger after you play it. You'll see it flows naturally and sounds amazing!
